I have been to this place for many years, and I intend to keep coming back. They offer reasonably priced and tasty food. They offer a variety of meal options, and not just bread rolls. Customer service has always been decent. The large glass stands in which they keep their bread roll ingredients do make it harder to communicate with the staff sometimes, as it is more difficult to hear each other through this barrier. Also, sometimes staff can get your order wrong, so it would be recommended that you watch what the staff are putting in your sandwich. You would be able to remind them if they make a mistake, rather than shopping for other goods and allowing them to fill your sandwich without supervision. I have been caught a number of times when chilli was put into the sandwich after specifically requesting that it be excluded, which caused the intended customer to become upset, as the roll was too spicy for them to eat. Have been going to this place since it opened years ago. It was good and cheap. I haven't been for a long time as there is a Banh Mi roll shop around the corner from my place that is better. I thought I would go there today and see how the rolls are if they have changed. Well the taste wasn't as good I don't think they are the same and the price was over $10 for a combination roll. It's getting ridiculous everyone putting prices up. I won't be going back because a combination roll is $2 cheaper at the Banh Mi shop near my house and you get more meat. Stop putting...

I had my first ever banh mi here nearly 20 years ago. I'm spoiled for choice, living near Hanson Rd with all its fantastic Vietnamese eateries, but this is still my favourite. They do fantastic pork and chicken versions, including the sublime lemongrass chicken. However, if I want a treat, I get their Chinese pork sausage banh mi. This is the only place I've seen this Io option, and it's magnificent.

The staff are very efficient and friendly, and the prices are great. I live this place and I hope to keep coming here...
