My family and I have been regular supporters of this place. There are a wide variety of food options to choose from. We have bought something almost everyday. However there was a recent experience with the new owner that left us not wanting to purchase from here anymore.
I went to buy a cake that comes with coconut sauce. At this time, I noticed the owner hurriedly shoving the cake box into a white plastic bag. The bag was not transparent and therefore we would not see the contents inside the bag. It's funny how we were given a white bag this day, when all the other days we were given transparent clear bags. The owner then asked us to pay for the cake, but before leaving the store, I opened up the white bag to inspect what was inside. It turns out that the sauces were missing. I went back to the counter to politely tell the lady that there was not any sauces provided. She suddenly became extremely argumentative and exclaimed that she could not provide the sauces because her supplier did not supply her enough. This is not the customer's fault. The fact that she became immediately hostile shows that it was not an accident, and she purposely tried to sell me half a product, and hoped that I would not notice. If I knew that half the product was missing, I would never have agreed to buy it. She refused to provide any refund or deductions and proceeded to yell at me by repetitively making loud noises, as she did not know many English words. In Australia, there is something called the Australian Consumer Law, and you should have been reported for intentionally trying to deceive your customers. It is like selling chicken noodle soup, where the soup comes with the dish. You cannot charge the customer full price without providing the soup portion and hope they don't notice. Perhaps ask the customer if they are okay with this arrangement first, before putting...

As she got a blocked nose and hayfever so she couldn't tell that the food was spoiled. When she took the sticky rice home, I asked her to try a bit myself. When i opened the box and smelled it, something was not right. The food was spoiled and I found no expired date labelled on the box. Even though i have not eaten it yet, I vomited a lot after that. My wife also vomited and her face is pale now. Never come again.
Please label your food so you know when it...
Read moreThere are new owners and the food is not that good. They also increased the price of everything and have a young boy making the banh mi who can hardly understand English.
They used to have the tastiest banh mi in the area in my opinion as I have actually tried them all as I love just off of Hanson road.
Their prepacked meals used to be better I was devastated when they burnt down as I would have a breakfast banh mi and buy a lunch for work. However as mentioned above they have new owners and the food is mediocre at best and pricier than usual...
