I recently visited this newly opened Lebanese restaurant in Adelaide for breakfast, and I was seriously impressed! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors.
I tried the hummus with minced meat, and it was creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with a smooth tahini sauce and pickles. The freshly baked pita bread was light and fluffy, just the way it should be. And the manakish with za’atar and cheese? Simply amazing!
What makes this place even more special is that it’s a lovely family-run business. The mother and daughter who run it are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Their hospitality adds to the whole experience, making it more than just a meal—it's a taste of true Lebanese culture.
The restaurant has a cosy, inviting atmosphere, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a true taste of Lebanon with heartfelt hospitality, this is the...

And their cookies are the...

Whether you’re after halal options or just amazing food, Ishtaar is absolutely...
