Awful. I am visiting from Melbourne and chose this place because on the menu it says they have toast and that gluten free is available. A hamburger bun is not a substitute for toast! Additionally it was soggy on the bottom and was not appetizing at all. I had one bite and left the rest uneaten. If they would have been honest on the menu I would've gone somewhere else. A hamburger bun with honey is not an appropriate gf substitute for toast. My partner ordered an omelette which looked really nice, and had a lot of ingredients but was surprisingly extremely bland in flavour! He did not enjoy it. He did enjoy his latte however. I ordered an iced chocolate with lactose free milk which came with a scoop of ice cream in it, which they were quick to remake for me without the ice cream when I brought it to their attention that I had ordered a lactose free drink, and it tasted quite nice. The omelette was served on paper which was strange and impractical as the paper became extremely soggy and started breaking apart and sticking to the omelette, I think it would be better if served on a plate without the added piece of paper underneath. Overall would not recommend. I think the breakfast menu should be updated to reflect that they don't actually provide gluten free toast and that they should show more respect to gf people than by thinking they can just throw a soggy gf hamburger bun a plate and serve it to them as toast. As for the servers, they were friendly and professional. So the service I would give 5 stars however the food and overall experience I give 1.

The benny schnitty is absolutely huge. 2 people suggested. I've come back another year and unfortunately the service just absolutely sucks. Had 2 different people say they would come and take the order. Finally after about 10 minutes they came out and there were 2 other tables also waiting to order before us apparently. Again food is great but service is awful which is a shame as won't be coming back again. This was on a Sunday at 11. 10 mins to take order after being reminded twice we are here 13 minutes to bring out a coke from time of ordering 29 mins To bring out food from time of ordering (not that bad actually, but rest of service sucked)

One of my favorite cafes in the city. The pizza is great and I especially love the tree covered atmosphere of the patio. The staff have always been good but today I received exceptional service. I came by for a coffee and to feed my baby who was hungry. At the till I was served by a bearded fellow who made me feel at ease even though my baby was starting to fuss. After ordering he brought my number out for me as well as some water (which he topped up when my latte came). I appreciate Let’s Brunch for being both baby and breastfeeding friendly and for hiring such a great server.

Ignore the reviews and don't waste your money. I have never actually been so disappointed. I could spend hours writing out how every second of our time here was an absolute waste. The service was slow, and we couldn't seem to get a clear answer about anything. Our food took 40+ minutes to come out, and when we tried to pay for our drinks to leave they wouldn't let us, because "our food was coming".

When we tried to, very politely, inform the manager that we hadn't enjoyed our experience - cold food, long wait times, getting served drinks +food individually instead of as a group - we had the owner yell at us that our food was fine and that we had no reason to complain. I only know it was the owner as when I said "I'm sorry I didn't want to be rude but I also don't want to be yelled at by staff", her response was "well love I'm not STAFF I'm the OWNER!"

Arrogant and defensive at best. This café has so...

My partner and I went to Let's Brunch on Mother's Day. We weren't told they weren't doing share platters until we tried to order one, which was fair enough as it was a busy day but telling your customers at the time you're seating them that you're not doing a menu item would assist with reducing disappointments when ordering. We ordered some alternative menu items and cocktails plus coffee. After waiting 45 minutes for our food we got the attention of a staff who looked into the delay, as other people around us were getting food and drinks but not us. Was told there was a 'system error' and that they'd put our order at the top of their list and that they'd comp our drinks. Food and drinks came shortly after. The food and drink wasn't bad, just the service could be improved....
