I have been meaning to try this place for a while due to the positive reviews, however I was disappointed with the service and the food. The sandwich was $16, and while I know it is expensive to run a business, it just wasn't worth the price. The staff took my order and then warmed up the sandwich without asking, and just ignored me. It took around 7 minutes to warm up the sandwich. The staff didn't tell me how long it would take and just went back to talking to the other staff (there were about 4 people in the kitchen). Unfortunately, the sandwich was soggy (probably because it was over-heated) and just tasted average. I'm a big fan of their Italian style sandwiches. The range is quite good, with a wide variety from the classics to a few more interesting creations.
Was hard to choose between the Rueben, chicken parm sandwich and a few others. There was a muffuletta on special, which you can see in the picture and it was just superb. All the delicious fillings! Will have to go back and try the others.
Service was a little hectic but super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming.
I also snagged a Snickers cannoli which was a pretty special treat. So damn good!
