My New Go-To Spot for Korean Food! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant on a recent Monday evening. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was amazing. The girl who served us was so friendly and incredibly helpful. We ordered a Korean Army Stew and she took the time to explain about the story and even helped us to cook it, which made us feel right at home. Beyond the fantastic service, the food was the real star of the show. Everything tasted so fresh and incredibly good. It's clear they put a lot of care into their dishes. The combination of delicious food and such warm, friendly service made for a truly perfect meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food. It's definitely my new go-to place and I can't wait to go back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Korean restaurant on Wakefield Street, in the heart of the CBD. Got some Kpop music in the background. Lunch specials were so worth decent portions at an affordable price. And they tasted so good. Chicken mayo was crispy and had a good mixture of seaweed flavour to it. Sweet and spicy boneless fried chicken was also evenly coated and delicious. Just these 2 are enough for me to come back for more. Fried dumplings are alright.. The skin was too tough but the juicy meat inside was not bad. Beef bugolgi was also OK, egg was overcooked, should be runny

From its name, it's a must to order the beef bulgogi. Tender and well marinaded, the dish came sizzling hot and simmering in its own gravy. Enjoyed the kimchi pancake, which wasn't too oily nor chock-full of plain batter. Portion is good enough for at 2-3 people to share. Enjoyed the jjajangmyeon noodles as it has just the right amount of sauce, not making it overbearing in taste. Recommend this dish for noodle lovers. The place is good for individuals or small groups. Tables are quite near each other so large groups would be too noisy.

A Delectable Korean Delight @ 128 Wakefield St, Adelaide!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at the Korean restaurant at 128 Wakefield St in Adelaide, and We must say, it was an absolute treat for our taste buds! When we stepped inside, We were greeted with warm hospitality and a cosy ambience that set the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.

One of the highlights of our meal was the original Korean fried chicken, prepared in the original style. Crispy on the outside yet incredibly tender and succulent on the inside, every bite was a burst of flavour. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of crunch, making it an absolute delight. The accompanying dipping sauces were a delightful addition, enhancing the dish's overall taste.

Another standout dish was the Kimchi Jjigae. As a fan of spicy food, We were delighted by the rich and fiery flavours of this traditional Korean stew. The combination of tender pork, tangy kimchi, and the perfect blend of spices created a symphony of flavours that left me craving more. It was the ideal comfort food that warmed both our hearts and soul.

The must-try Samgyetang, a Korean ginseng chicken soup, was a true revelation. Served piping hot, this dish was a delightful fusion of health and taste. The tender chicken, infused with the subtle flavours of ginseng, was accompanied by a medley of herbs and spices that created a wholesome and nourishing broth. It was a hearty and satisfying dish that left us feeling rejuvenated.

To complement our meal, We couldn't resist ordering the Korean corn cheese. This dish was a delightful combination of sweet corn kernels and gooey melted cheese, perfectly balanced to create a harmony of flavours. The slightly caramelised corn added a pleasant crunch, while the cheese provided a creamy and indulgent element. It was a delightful side dish that added a touch of comfort to my overall dining experience.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional throughout our visit. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always willing to offer recommendations or answer any questions I had about the menu. Their knowledge and passion for Korean cuisine added to the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, my visit to the Korean restaurant at 128 Wakefield St in Adelaide was outstanding. From the heavenly Korean fried chicken to the flavorful Kimchi Jjigae, the nourishing Samgyetang, and the delightful Korean corn cheese, every dish was a testament to the culinary mastery of the chefs. Combined with warm hospitality and attentive service, this restaurant provides an authentic and unforgettable Korean dining experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and indulging in its delectable offerings.

Note: It's important to note that the review is subjective and based on my...
