Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. The people selling drugs on the sidewalk of Vietnam have better standards of care and customer service than these downright shills. Its disgusting the thought of the exuberant prices charged by said shills. I asked the owner why a 30 packet of 400mg ibuprofen was 18 dollars and a four packet of oxyxodone 5mg was 18 dollars... He says it's because my healthcare card is expired. I then asked if I can just buy the ibuprofen (nurofen) over the counter (that was rated at 200mg) and just take double...... And before I can even finish my sentence he rudely talks over me and says "so you want to take what the doctor prescribes or not"? I replied and said "the doctor has prescribed me ibuprofen 400mg, why would I spend 18 dollars on that when I could just buy one packet of nurofen 200mg and take double"? My reply was so obvious and blatant.... In their mind it would have gone down like so: (no customer, disregard what the script says because we make full gross profit from you and every other ill person's heath..... Don't go to the supermarket and get your nurofen for 7 bucks... C! .... Why do that when you can Spend almost 40 dollars here and get the same treatment elsewhere for 14-fair old dollars) ..... I honestly wish these people the worst of business. The shop stinks. The service is terrible. The prices... Well, nothing more than simply disgusting. Do not go here at all costs however if you do; Stare them in the eyes..... demand the best prices they have..... Be polite yet tell them their pricing is disgusting..... Make them feel it. Make them feel the guilt. Google all prices if you must. Alway have a concession card with you. Personally I'd never want to go there again. These people make profit from others misery. Good...
Read moreI drove an hour and a half, after I was told by the Pharmacist they had the medication I was after, only to be told they don't actually have it when I arrived there. I confronted the Pharmacist about being mislead only to be yelled at and told he would call the Police on me, not to mention I waited for 45 minutes. After I asked his Pharmacy Assistant which could hardly speak or understand English that I just wanted my scripts back, the Pharmacist abused me, threatened me and told me I have to wait for another hour to get my scripts back! I have never come across someone so rude, unprofessional, nil customer service, zero people skills, extremely blase and did not care that I had a little child and had 20 other customers waiting to be served. They seriously need to be reported to AHPRA and the Pharmacy Board of Australia. I forgot to mention the condition of this Midnight Pharmacy was absolutely appalling, dirty and stank. They seriously need to be audited. I can see based on reviews I am not the only one who has had...
Read moreWent to buy Infants Friends for my newborn who has been unsettled for a few days now based on recommendations. As it was late about 10PM and our usual pharmacy is closed we decided to try our luck and get a a bottler from there. When we got there they offered no advice, I asked for directions on how often to use and general advice ect, (where any other pharmacy would gladly spend the time to give you - as I have worked in pharmacy before). Their response was simply quote 'read the label'.
Apart from that their prices were beyond reasonable. Yes I understand being open for longer is a convince and service for people who are desperate where I did expect to pay a little more, but was shocked to see their prices was almost double at $19.80 where other pharmacies $10.99.
Anyway bought the bottle and had to call Health Direct Australia for advice and directions....
