Nando's Northpark — Restaurant in Adelaide

My experience at Nando’s Northpark was absolutely appalling, primarily because of Nicole, who is supposed to be the manager. Her rude and arrogant behavior left me shocked. Rather than addressing my concerns or providing any assistance, she displayed an attitude of indifference and condescension, making me feel like I was being a burden just for asking for help.

A manager’s role is to lead, assist, and ensure customers leave satisfied, but Nicole clearly has no interest in fulfilling these responsibilities. She refused to help with basic queries, brushed off my concerns without any explanation, and spoke in a tone that was downright disrespectful. It was clear she had no intention of resolving the issue, nor did she care about the reputation of the restaurant or the satisfaction of its customers.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. It’s disgraceful that someone like Nicole is representing Nando’s, a brand I previously respected. Her behavior not only ruined my visit but also left me questioning the standards of this establishment.

To make matters worse, this wasn’t just a one-time issue. If the management allows this kind of attitude to persist, they’re driving loyal customers away. Nando’s Northpark needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring and training processes because this experience was nothing short of disgraceful. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend...

Came in today at 11:30 and ordered for myself and two kids. We werent greeted at all for at least 5 minutes and most tables were dirty with plates etc. we went to a “clean” table after placing our order only to find it was very sticky. When we noticed one of our cups were dirty we asked for a new one which took a really long time to receive despite there only being two customers in the store. Our food took far longer than usual yet we could see it all sitting up on the counter going cold. My son’s quarter of chicken was only the tiny drumstick, not good enough for $11! Staff were very rude, rolling their eyes and myself and my sister heard them talking about us after a mix up with our order (overcharged). One of the women working was on her phone while we stood at the counter waiting. I visit nandos at least once a month and this is the second time at the north park location that these two women have mucked up my order and given horrible customer service. The first time I was over charged by $25 and even though they said it was refunded, it never hit my account and they refused to show me any proof it was actioned on their end. I will not be back to the north park location. Tea tree plaza location is always great service and food.

Absolutely worst Service I have ever witnessed. No care in the world about the customers. Everyone was complaining about incorrect orders, missing items and extensive wait times.

When I approached the staff member about cutlery as she dropped off our meals that were incorrect she said "yea yea"..... I thought ok. Then I waited another few minutes for her to bring our correct meals back got another "yea ok" Then she didn't come back, so I went and asked for some cutlery so she turned around and proceeded to polish in a way I can only describe as..... well PAINT DRYS QUICKER! OH MY GOD IT WAS MIND BLOWINGLY HOW SLOW! Uber drivers were laughing because they could see it all happening is disbelief! I just thought, I'm not asking for much just would like to eat my food before it goes cold and preferably like a human with some cutlery!

NOW! I know this is just a nandos...... but get a grip on your restaurant. It's still a place people want to go. But now it's just embarrassing how bad it's been managed, by people who could care less! We actually just go back now for the drama it's become a running joke (this would have to be atleast the 5 time and each time it's been bad but not this bad).
