Myself & a group of friends are very regular customers, visiting alteast 1-2 times a month. Without fail, there are issues every time we order. Issues ranging from meals coming out at odd times (5-15 mins between each of our meals), to meals not coming out at all!
But the most common (almost comical) issue we face EVERY time, is the complete confusion when the staff bring out meals with no reccollection who has ordered what, or bringing the meals out in random order for us to have to play the guessing game of who gets what!
HOWEVER, our most recent visit was the straw that broke the camels back and my reason for finally writing a review to express our dissapointment.
Two similar meals were served incorrectly (nothing new there), however this was only realised after a few bites were taken from 1 meal. We requested the meals to be corrected, and sure thing they whisped back to the kitchen and returned within 1 minute. To our shock, we soon realised the partially-eaten meal had been thrown inside of a wrap (to make the correct meal) and served to the my other friend - we couldnt beleive it! Absolutley gross and unhygenic. One young staff member was questioned shortly after, but ran off into the kitchen never returning. By this time the food was cold so we just gave up and ate what we were served.
The ongoing comical mess has genuienly become something we laugh about before visiting & whilst were waiting for our meals. The food is YUM 99% of the time, however the staff & manager seriously need to pickup their game.
OH and how could I forget, after craving a spicy PAELLA all week - upon ordering I was told 'Sorry we have no rice' (at 6pm on a friday?) You can imagine my severe dissapointment. Anywho, I pick something else, life goes on. ONLY 10-15 minutes later I am sitting at my table and what do I SEE?!? A steamy bowl of golden deliciousness being delivered to the table next to me (who ordered after me)!! I questioned the staff about this, only to be told they were not sure why I was told they have no rice - but If i wanted Paella it would be another 25 minute wait. NOT HAPPY !
I dont know how many times I will allow myself to be dissapointed by one resteraunt and still return.. ill give you a few more chances, maybe..

The once-reliable halal restaurant has taken a nosedive in both food quality and customer service. The chicken, a supposed highlight at Nando's, has become a dismal shadow of its former self. It seems like they're recycling chicken that's been baked hours ago, leaving it dry and practically inedible. Reheating is expected, but serving patrons dried-up chicken is simply unacceptable. My recent encounter with a staff member was equally disheartening. Shockingly, I was informed that several items on the menu, including burgers and even vegetables, aren't halal due to shared stovetops with bacon. The blatant disregard for maintaining halal standards is both offensive and misleading. To add insult to injury, it appears that staff members are neglecting proper cleaning procedures on stovetops, compromising the integrity of halal offerings. The lack of attention to detail and transparency in this regard is appalling. Nando's, once a reliable go-to for halal options, has lost its appeal for me. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such a reputation succumb to subpar quality and misinformation. I hope Nando's management takes immediate action to address these issues, or they risk losing more loyal customers like myself. Save your money and your taste buds – consider other...
Read moreWent to Nandos with a friend for lunch and the service was very good at the beginning. The waiter we had was very nice and seemed like a sweet man but maybe a little inexperienced. Perhaps more staff would solve this problem. I don’t know if there were issues with the table numbers on the screen the waiters look at before bringing out orders, but this waiter brought out just about every order to the wrong table and had to keep asking others if the food was theirs. I did feel bad for him and wished he had a bit of help and maybe some extra training or something. The food came out and we ordered the avocado salad and it came with no avocado and only 2 pieces of halloumi when we payed extra for it. I’ve ordered that same salad from the same nandos and usually they put heaps more on there as well as little bacon pieces that seemed to be missing this time round. Multiple customers were unhappy today and complained. We didn’t say anything at the time as there was a long line of people complaining. We ordered a bowl of chips to share and they never came out even after being told they were on their way. We waited at the desk to ask but there were so many people complaining that we were going to miss our movie so we just had to leave.
