I'm not the kind of person to leave a review online but I think this place is the exception. Worst experience at a cafe ever!!! Disappointing is an understatement. The service was poor, the staff were rude and uninviting, and the food was below average and pricey. I have never been to a cafe or restaurant before that when dining in I’ve had to go up can collect my own food and drinks. When your food and drinks were ready they called out your name and of those sitting outside it was really hard to hear. They also had 4 or 5 staff member on and it wasn’t very busy so don’t understand why table service would be so hard. When ordering the lady at the counter (the only blonde working there this morning) was so rude. I had to stand there for a while before she acknowledge me and when she did she was so rude. She didn’t ask what I would like to order or anything, she just stood there with a very judgmental look on her face. As someone who gets very uncomfortable when ordering and talking to people this was not a nice experience. Don’t get me started on the food. The brekky burger tasted like it had been sitting there all day and was just reheated but not properly as the middle was still cold. The avo toast wasn’t too bad but it really isn’t hard to make avo toast. I added to bacon which was a mistake, $5 for 2 pieces of microwaved bacon. How hard is it to put some bacon in a pan. Only good thing about this place was the fix me smoothie, the coffee and the view. In saying that though there were other breakfast places close by this with better food, good coffee and the same view. Safe to say we are never spending...

Get ready for first world problems 😁 I've been here 3 times passing through, and sadly find the customer service lacking. They advertise they close at 2pm every day, but started to pack up furniture around me as soon as I ordered a coffee just after 1pm, and refused to serve three older ladies who had walked there in time for their advertised closing time. (Kudos to the staff member who was doing the packing though, she was obviously taking instructions and was very kind to me.) Today at 5 minutes to 7am, my chirpy "Good morning!" was met with a not-very-friendly "We don't start serving til 7am ". All doors were open with outdoor furniture set up and 5 staff behind the counter chit-chatting with each other. Totally understand if it is a strict council technicality (if not, wow!), but the attitude was unnecessary, and prompted me to use my 5 spare minutes to walk down the road and give a friendlier business my money instead. Even on a good day the general service is lacking... No saucers with coffee, no teaspoons (unless you want to use a disposable, which seems to defeat the sustainable aspect) and you have to go get your own coffee when they abruptly shout your name (even when dining in) - even when there are staff standing there doing nothing. Furniture and tables are a bit unclean, I guess from people not having a saucer to put milky spoons. Good luck to small business, but wouldn't peg this as the destination for friendly customer service or hospitable hospitality. With that location, I guess they don't "have to"...

Food is overrated and very expensive for what you’re getting. The only friendly staff member there was the Irish girl. On the other hand “The coffee girl” as she calls herself was an interesting character to say the least, avoid asking her any questions about what is in any of the dishes. I ordered 2 different smoothie bowls and when she called my name to collect the order I asked her which was which, her answer was “well what did you order” “I don’t know I’m just the coffee girl” and looked at me as if I had two heads.Told her I would figure it out myself in the end. If she is calling out customer names to collect food from the counter she should know what type of dishes they are. 2 coffees and 2 smoothie bowls came to $70. The blonde girl at the counter also didn’t really acknowledge us when we came up to the counter to order food. She avoided taking our order until we waved her down. Should be advertised as a self service cafe. I also had to find my own menus as no one bothered to come over to our table when we sat down. Be prepared for these particular staff members to totally avoid eye contact with you, maybe it’s some sort of weird game they are...

The most overpriced and underwhelming cafe I have been to. Paid $24 for a ham and cheese croissant & an apple juice - with an additional 15% surcharge because it was a Saturday?? Croissant was incredibly stale, cold and tasted awful - and we had to collect it ourselves from the counter after paying the service charge. There was also no water brought to our table and no table service for orders. There were 3 of us and the 3rd member received their food 20 minutes after us after notifying the waitresses, again having to go to the counter (which unfortunately was another ham and cheese croissant). Money down the drain - you can get the same views in other cafes that will actually have food to match and reasonable prices. Would not recommend.

This venue is located at the Marina, so easy to grab something quick before or after a boat trip. We walked from Airlie Beach ~10-15mins. Venue has a good range of coffee, raw treats, smoothie bowls and shakes. Lots of vegan and gluten free items. We tried the 🍋 Mango Weiss bowl - full of mangos and vegan cream 💙 Blue Heaven bowl - full of coconut & fruits 🥜 Iron man smoothie - full of peanut butter & cacao All smoothies were freshy made and presented nicely. Prices were average and portion size was reasonable. We dined in so I would have prefered a reusuable cup instead of plastic. Staff were polite, smiling and efficient.

Food is really good, I love that you have the option for a single piece of toast or a double, example (one smashed avo toast or two). The coffee is great however the smoothies across the board aren’t great, we saw many full cups of various juices and heard nearby tables critics. We unfortunately agreed as the smoothies missed the mark. The poke bowls are great. Again, limited seating due to location so get in quick or you’ll have to get takeaway. A few flaws in the menu, the smashed avo says it comes with eggs however twice I’ve ordered it and no eggs.
