This is a long review but very much worth the read lmao

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I waited over two hours for two very small and very over priced tacos. There were people who got there about an hour after us, got their food, and left before we even got our food. First, our appetizers of mozzarella sticks took over an hour and an half to come to the table. The tacos cost $21 which felt quite expensive even just for the quality and they still made me pay the full amount even after waiting such an unreasonable amount of time for them. My tortilla was also stale and the chicken in them wasn’t even that hot. The quality of the food was nothing special and not worth the price. I left still feeling hungry afterwards. Overall, I was very frustrated and disappointed. I could see directly into the kitchen and the staff were not wearing any gloves and were touching food with their bare hands as well as not wearing any hats to keep hair out of food so it felt quite unsanitary. I would never go back and I would strongly suggest against dining here to anyone who asks.

Update: I wrote this review following my experience. We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm and were not served until 9pm, which is listed as their closing time. While we were still eating the staff began to close up which it made it feel like we were being rushed. I must admit I love reading the horrible reviews left by customers and then seeing the very passive aggressive comments left by management. It shows you exactly a business that you do not want to support.

I would assume that for being an American started chain company the rules and standards of American dining would want to be followed but I guess not. As American, I must admit that I am used to different dining experiences, especially having worked in a restaurant myself, so I am understanding of those differences especially for someone who travels a lot. However, after four months in Australia, this was absolutely my worst Australian dining experience ever. They were much slower than any service that I experienced in Fiji, which is know to have very slow food service.

I would also like to note that the tacos might have been enough food, if they had been served in a timely manner but unfortunately they weren’t and were priced as more expensive than the main dishes. I must admit my own fault because if I had paid more attention to the menu I would not have ordered them and would have gotten something else but even my friends said their burgers were low quality compared to the price they paid.

Thank you so much for the invitation to not return. I will gladly accept that since clearly your management team doesn’t know how to run a business.

I wish I had my own keys because damn, I could have made the entire restaurants’ food faster than that.

Had a really good experience for lunch and the food was great. We Got told to go back for $10 cocktails that night as we were going clubbing. When we arrived the lady bartender said that they ended at 9pm. (We got there at 10:30) we didn't want to spend $16 when we knew we'd get 2 or 3 and left drinks at home to specifically come back. So She told me she could do them for us as we were there for lunch too....so we got 2 cocktails at that price. When she came to our table and asked us if we wanted a third one we said maybe as we don't know our plans yet, she then rolled her eyes and walked off with not one more word. We felt so uncomfortable from that action that we walked off straight after and as we passed her at the bar, she didn't respond to our goodbyes or say thank you, she just looked at us and then turned away. Was planning to go there all weekend as Lunch was so yum, and I am here with friends until Sunday. Not now. Disrespectful service to...

Be careful when you are going to eat here.

We came for lunch with our kids because on the web site it is a special: On Wednesdays, kids eat for free, one free kid’s meal per paying adult. We were very disappointed when we got the bill as we have been charged for kid’s meals too. When asked why, we got an answer: it's only for dinner. (Doesn’t mention on the website any specific part of the day, it says only Wednesday).

Also we have been charged for ginger beer $6 instead of $4 (which is the price on the menu).

We ordered kids burgers and side chips and we got full serve, which I had to pay for. Why would 5yo eat a full serve? With our adult burgers we got side chips.

We have not been correctly priced and we haven’t got Wednesday special. That was the reason in the first place why we went there.
