Domino's Pizza Armadale (WA) — Restaurant in Armadale

I have come here today to say what OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PIZZA'S I have had recently from ADAM(Manager) LUKE and the TEAM from Domino's ARMADALE WA. A few months ago I vowed I wouldn't go here again after the rude, sloppy, unprofessional Service I received. I noticed the place always looked messy and unorganised also. I didn't go for a few months, and decided to give the place another try as I live nearby and was craving a Pizza lol. From the moment I rang and spoke with LUKE, I was blown away by the turn around in the fantastic professional manner he had over the phone, was so friendly, polite, somebody I would want if I had a Business. When I went to pick it up, I could see and feel the difference in the cleanliness, energy and professionalism and awesome Customer Service immediately. I told Luke that I was so happy with his Customer Service and the Pizza was also the best I have EVER had. I could see that the Team had changed since my last visit there. Was soo refreshing and actually made my night.

The next time I went I spoke to ADAM on the phone, again, a professional, fantastic and awesome Customer Service experience. Pizza again was just soo delicious. I have now started going back there, and everytime I call, I get a fantastic professional response and awesome Pizza. ADAM and LUKE and your Team have really lifted the place, and turned my opinion of my last visit there totally around. To all the people who have had similar bad experiences few months ago, please try again as these guys are doing the place proud. This was the first time I’d been to this dominoes in 10 years. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. The young girl at the counter couldn’t find my order, said It was out the back, but was sure it was ready. I waited for maybe 10mins. Then a young man asked me for my details and what pizzas I ordered and determined that my order had been left on the warmer without a receipt and so was dispatched by a delivery driver. He offered to make another one at no charge, so I waited another 15-20mins and then the same thing happened, they lost my order! I gave up after that and left without any pizza. The young man gave me a few garlic bread and some vouchers for pizza. I overheard the man in-front of me being told his order was made wrong so they had to remake his. It just seemed like a clown show in there and I felt sorry for the young staff who were clearly stressed and poorly trained. I’ve had dominoes all over Australia, I’ve never before had this level of service.

I couldn’t write another review so I edited this one. I just picked up my order. It was a simple pickup, they found my order straight away. The pizza was perfect. My uncle remarked that it was the best supreme he’s ever had, and he’s been eating dominoes for many years. Plus, I just used the vouchers from last time so this order was free. I'm sorry people but I'm NOT very impressed with this store. Myself and a mate went into the store and ordered in store, sat down and waited and waited and then after 40 minutes had passed we asked where are pizzas were. As they weren't very warm, we gathered that they had been sitting on the shelf waiting for some employee to raise their voice and say that they were ready. But alas nobody could be bothered. We took the pizzas home and i discovered that what i asked for to be NOT on my pizza was all over it. I rang the store and complained. In fact the person on the other end of the phone thought that he was god and proceeded to tell me i was wrong. Even though in black and white on the order it clearly stated no bbq sauce. I asked if, as they stuffed the order if, they would deliver it instead of me making a second trip back to the store. Of course the sarcastic answer was no you can come back to the store. After spending $28 for a very average meal i was rather infatuated. When I got back to the store i asked to speak to the manager and the 2 older kids asked each other who was going to be the Manager this time. So what i had to say was going in 1 ear and straight out the other so i have turned to social media to vent my frustration. Where are the adults...
