McDonald's Armadale has to be the worst food premises I have been in .Behind the counter food spilt on the floor not being cleaned up ,tables for customers covered in sticky cool drink ,food wrappersleft in cleaned on tables.Had to wait 30 minutes to get our order which turned up cold chips just thrown into the bag split over the burgers, coke hot ,no ice .Service disgusting, when I went to complain was glared at by who believe was in charge after the younger person told her of my complaint ,then she made no attempt to come and talk to me about my problem for another 10 minutes even though I wa s watching her untill I started my camera and took pics of the floor in the cooking area and videoing her then she decided to come and refuse to refund me untill I deleted the Video as she said I need my job .In the end she walked off without a word still no refund no apology except to say I should be more patient as they where short staffed .I left the food on the counter without getting a refund .My personal advise stay away from this premises.Update to their customer service .After hearing nothing re my complaint I rang head office to be told this branch is franchised and that an email had been sent to them to at least contact me .HAHAHA This is becoming a joke they havent contacted me in any way ,email phone nothing .They must think they are above dealing with a customer with genuine complaints .Weeks have now gone past and no contact from either head office or this branch .The website asks would you like some one to call back ,fill in my details and no call follows .A complete waiste of time .If this is customer service,...

Upon requesting balsamic dressing, I was offered Caesar dressing as an alternative, which was appreciated. However, I was surprised by the unavailability of advertised condiments.
While I acknowledge the team's efficiency during the busy period, I felt the service fell short. A warm greeting and smile from staff were lacking, which impacted my overall experience.
Additionally, my table was not cleaned, requiring me to dispose of trash and sanitize the surface myself. I also noticed a lack of floor staff maintaining the dining area.
To enhance the customer experience, I suggest:
Ensuring availability of advertised condiments. Focusing on genuine customer greetings and interactions. Increasing cleaning frequency, especially during peak hours. Assigning floor staff to maintain the dining area.

I appreciate the staff's quick response to my request and their willingness to offer an alternative.

I asked 2 staff about my order but nothing happened so I talked to the manager but the manager is rude and not apologetic at all. They end up giving me the wrong burger and no fries( I ordered meal).
