Pizza Hut Armidale — Restaurant in Armidale

Okay, so right now I am studying my butt off trying to keep up with uni work while I'm on a uni placement in Armidale. I'm like five hours away from home and I miss my family and I miss my bed and I miss my cat and I miss my friends... I was feeling pretty homesick, so I ordered myself a pepperoni pizza from here to cheer myself up a little bit. Well, the girl at the counter really seems like she loves her job. Such a warm greeting to pick up my mood. Then she said it's cheap Tuesday and I got my pizza for $2 cheaper than I was expecting, bloody score! BUT THE PIZZA! Well, I tell you the aroma coming from that box as I was driving back to my accommodation was heavenly. I started eating it as I was driving and I actually wept tears of pure joy. Honestly, I don't even know how to describe how good it is, you're just going to have to believe me and order one for yourself. Generally the food here is really good but the customer service tonight was appalling. Called after work as early asbpossible to make an order knowing they close at 10pm. Tried to get there as soon as possible because we had to drive quite a way (we like their pizza didn't mind driving a further distance) got there with 10 mins to spare before close. The ladies who had turned off the lights were talking and the door was closed. The said we're closed we explained we just wanted to pay to which they yelled "we told you to come 10 mins ago". I have no phone calls, messages and frankly...they shouldn't have been closed. They were rude and lacked customer service. Shame on us for wanting to give them...

Stayed in this town overnight and ordered a pizza from this place. Staff were friendly and the pizza was absolutely amazing. Terrific price when compared to what I would get anywhere in Sydney for twice the cost. Only downfall is the lack of what the pizzas look like on their website or in store. They are well presented as you can see from my photo. I ordered the Thunderbolt, and this photo was taken after I got the pizza back to the hotel on my motorcycle. Well worth getting pizza from here and I look forward to coming to this town again, just to get another amazing pizza.
