ordered 3 items (2 drinks and an apple pie),
get right to the end, having been given the rest of our order, only to be then informed no apple pies were available and be told to order something else.
When we declined and wanted a refund, the roll of the employees eyes wasnt even hidden as she went away to get the money.
A few minutes later my wife drank a mouthful of her chai it was on full cream milk not the almond milk that WE PAID EXTRA FOR. This isnt a lifestyle choice its an allergy.
Rang 7 times with no answer and then on the 8th time i got an uncaring response that an error was made when the order was changed. Sadly for the ignorant girl on the phone, before ordering the drink we asked if almond or soy milk was available THEN ORDERED the drink. No change of order from us.
All that was OFFERED was an apology, no refund, no come back and we will remake the correct drink, NOT EVEN QUERYING IF MY WIFE WAS ALRIGHT. A sick wife, thankfully not anaphylactic, who now has to lay flat for hours to prevent further symptoms from developing.

First, the delivery time was 15-20 minutes, after finalizing the order it changed to an hour. I called the store after the expected delivery time and they said I have to wait another 20 minutes, because they only had 1 delivery car. It took 1:30 hours to finally get the food ( which was pretty much soggy and cold by then). An additional disappointment was that the order was missing some items ( 2 shakes and one large fries!) apparently they decided to send me a coke instead of these three items!
