After a lovely trip down to Ballina today with my family from interstate we decided to end the day with a ice cream for the children I was served by a lovely friendly lady but my daughter in law was served by an older fellow and had the worst experience, he was nothing but extremely rude to her , not once but multiple times I don’t understand why such a person would work in an ice cream shop and be so rude with children around , we then proceeded to call manager who happen to be his wife so maybe it’s owned by them and he thinks that gives him the right to be rude I have also noticed multiple reviews complaining about the same man He gives baskin robins a bad name Shame on him for doing this around children , my advise to anyone is avoid this store if you don’t want to be spoken rude...

The older gentleman was almost begrudged that my 4 year old son and I came for ice cream on a Sunday. Initially we walked in delighted and ready to have ice cream, I greeted the man “good afternoon” and he asked what I wanted. I inquired if there were cones with sprinkles and he said “do you see it…?” I later asked if they had toppings and he said “right in front of you” no customer service skills, quite rude. Didn’t really want to be there. Nonetheless we ordered and enjoyed the delicious chain ice cream in their indoor seating area.
