Chicken Mania Ballina — Restaurant in Ballina

As a holiday maker to your store I thought the service was appalling. I think you need to change your sign that states your friendly staff will serve you once you finish on your phone, well it should clearly state, my staff will serve you once they finish their conversation because that is what clearly happened. The chicken and bacon burger we ordered was made with the bacon on it and then sat on the bench while the chicken was cooking so the bacon was cold. Also the chips were cold. Did not feel like reporting it to the 15 year olds you had behind your counter. At least I caught up with what they had planned for tomorrow, getting their nails done. Also eating behind the counter. I passed through Ballina recently around lunchtime,with hunger approaching I unfortunately stopped at this chicken shop and orderd chicken schnitzel, when I saw the young lady with a nose earing throw the chicken in the microwave I asked if it was frozen,yes and then we deep fry it and it's our best seller! I have to say this was the worst takeaway I've ever had,it was discusting!keep away but this review will more than likely be deleted by the shop!I hope at least some people are warned!! I went to Ballina today and was served by a lovely lady and about 10:30 I got to chicken mania to get extra large chips alot this lady was very nice and pleasant to be around I noticed I sign saying they were short on staff and as I started to look around I found that no one else was there and she was doing a very big job by herself, she took her time on my chips but it definitely was worth the wait she made the best chips that I have ever had from chicken mania Thank you for your...
