Service was atrocious! A young girl who works here has no costumer service what’s so ever, walked out dumped our food on the table, didn’t bother to even talk to us, just dumped on side of table, forgot 2 sauces, so I went in and asked politely, got eyes rolled at us, ignored for a few seconds whilst she looked over to her friend who was also working and rolled her eyes again, she eventually answered me and said she’d bring the sauces out, again, forgets 1 of the sauces. We placed a reservation a week ago, to have our staff of 5 to have lunch. When making the reservations I asked for a menu to be emailed to us, this never done. When we arrived today at the cafe, I asked why haven’t they emailed us a menu as promised, the reply was I thought of it today only, with no apology. That being said we sat down, hoping to be served and no made contact with us. The cafe was totally with no patrons but just us. Nice atmosphere and area right near the water which is pleasing to the eye. Prices are a little up there but Staff were polite and nice. Sadly I wasn’t impressed with the amount of food specifically the eggs, there wasn’t enough eggs for both slices of charcoal bread there for leaving me with a whole slice of bread. The sourdough was amazing but needed a little more cooking, New York cheesecake is the bomb, home-made full of favour!!!
