Burger Inc — Restaurant in Barwon South West

We were so happy to try somewhere new and put through our order. Once it arrived we noticed it was missing the large family fries for the kids. We had also purchased a chilli cheese fries for us adults and asked for no beef as we are vegetarians. This came with a note to say they ran out of beef but made a BBQ bacon one instead. Upon calling the store I got a nice girl on the phone. When I told her what happened she had to ask another girl what to do. The other girl sounded annoyed and said to take it up with menulog to get another driver out for the fries they missed but wouldn't replace because they didn't see/get the note. All other places on menulog see the notes and make changes so it was a matter of not paying attention. When I asked what could be done it was "menulogs problem". Opened our 2 burgers. Dry! Thrown together with rocket everywhere and little care. If the food was nice we could have forgiven the lack of customer service but safe to say this place is lacking luster in all senses. Onion rings were nice. Not nice enough to bring us back. Would not try again even with the coupon...

Terrible customer service, really really rude staff apart from the male who was at the counter. No manners, not even a smile (pretty sure this was the manager). Very disappointed as this was my first time getting food from there. Not much else i can say - i would’ve thought that after these unprecedented times that individuals would be would be more genuine and happy to be out of the house. Simply, don’t work in hospitality - or even retail, don’t work at all! if you don’t have a personality and are unable to greet customers with a smile and comfort. Moreover, i was in a large group and we bought plenty of food, which goes to show that maybe they weren’t all that grateful that we chose them to grab some food, when we could’ve gone anywhere. Burgers where nice, store was well furnished with a nice urban feel. The point I would like to highlight is the customer service was probably the best I've seen in a long time.

There was only 2 working in the shop, it was mid week and the young lady their knew every person's name that came into the store ask how their family was, her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers was on another level! It might not seem like much but that can make some people's day just thought I'd share that. I'll definitely be coming back here and I live...
