Putting a 'Special Order' ticket on a pre-made Qtr Pounder doesn’t magically make it a special order!

Tonight, our household decided to have a rare meal of Macca's. My son drove the 2 minute drive to get our orders. Given how long it's been since I've had Macca's, I must admit I was quite looking forward to my Qtr Pounder & fries.

Returning not too long after he'd left, we all got our orders.

Biting into my fries 🍟 my excitement disappeared, with extreme disappointment taking over... I've had fresher fries the next day airfryed! These were cold & far from fresh.

So, I decided to move onto my Qtr Pounder, 🍔 'Special Order' ticket on top. I opened my burger to check... the disappointment continued. Onions! A small blob of ketchup & 3 pickles plus, I could already tell this also wasn't freshly made 🥺 Feedback from the rest of the household was pretty much the same... utter disappointment!

After our own experience, I decided to take a look at your reviews...

We are NOT the first to have experienced disappointment from your food!

I must admit I'm a bit surprised that with the high volume of negative reviews from your Macca's restaurant why Macca's corporate haven't come swooping in with their quality control team to bring your standards & quality control back in line... 🤔

In the meantime, I believe management and staff need to familiarise yourselves with the following definition of the word 'pride'

And for the team at this Macca's Restaurant, it is blatantly obvious from the food orders you hand over to your paying customers that from Management down, clearly there is no self respecting pride... as no-one...

So, I ordered a baby ini for my 3 year old as usual knowing very well that it’s just milk and chocolate. These people gave me literal coffee as babyccino. The cup was quite hot to hold and I just wanted to check if it was too hot for the child to drink and found it was plain coffee. So we turned around and went to the drive through and explained the same. I clearly told them that it has to be milk and chocolate. The manager guy Mohammed was starting to argue with me but he changed his mind and went on to get me another babyccino. Only to find out as we moved again, that these senseless people had put chocolate in the same old babyccino cup that we had given them with coffee in it. Now I have coffee with chocolate in it! So we went to the Ascot McDonald’s to find out if babyccinos changed overnight and we did not know about it. Luckily, the ascot McDonald’s served us the right temperature milk and chocolate babyccino. My child was happy, we were happy but the happiness was only short lived as I took the first sip of my cappuccino thinking I can now finally enjoy my coffee….guess what….it was just coffee…no froth, no chocolate sprinkled. I am just drinking coffee…that I could have just made at home….free… I wanted to go back and kindly return both the babycccino and cappuccino cups to the drive thru window, but my husband did not want to take the effort to drive back. People out there, when these maccas employees serve your kids babyccino, be careful, it’d just be coffee leading to a caffeinated sleepless child at night. Somebody teach these people what can coffee do to...

Firstly, the place looked very modern but its only the look that's good. Even for a McDonald's, its not worth visiting. I with my girlfriend went there on Monday afternoon. Its wasn't that busy on the counter but I went to the self ordering machine. The next thing I know, the eftos machine is out of order. Then I took a docket to the counter and paid after the staff noticed me 5 mins standing there. Then as I waited for the food to come, I could see the staffs running here n there behind the counter. The fryer was making a lod beep noise as if it had heated up for too long but none of the staffs seemed to notice it except for the girl that made my payment earlier at the counter. I could see tiny bit of smoke coming out of the fryer and could imagine how the fries could come out burnt. Then, I saw my burger was ready, but my girlfriend's order was yet to come. We waited for almost 20 mins for the food to come and be handed to us. That also by the same staff as earlier who was trying to do as much as possible as none of the others cared. She apologised for the delay and we made our way to sit have the food. Sitting two tables next to me was a guy waiting for his own created burger and coffee which I saw later. As I started to eat my food, it was already cold, while my girlfriend's was not. Even though I had ordered the food together I got a cold burger while she had warm. Overall, this was my worst experience at a McDonald's. I would not recommend going there even if u are dying of hunger and its the...
