Having a closer look at the shop, I wondered why people would choose to sit outside rather than inside with the aircon to keep their desserts cool. As I was entering the store, some kids exited at the same time looking like they were eager to escape, with their face covered as if there was something off.
I was overwhelmed by a strong odor like that of an old appliance due for maintenance or perhaps a clogged pipe or rusted tap that reeked in the store and suddenly it felt stuffy and hard to breathe. The mango yakult frappe’s ice consistency I then ordered was still chunky and I could taste whatever that smell was in my drink. Haven’t been back ages and things seem to have gone downhill I think, even store looks dusty. The boba industry has been popular but I question if excellent cup will rise above its competitors. Reluctant to return sorry. At least service was quick and people were nice enough. I have to also admit too though I feel uncomfortable when store-people assume I speak chinese for being asian because I’m a non native...

Not sure what is happening with bubble tea shops around Brisbane southside and the bubble tea industry in general.
Am a big fan of bubble tea despite being charge extra 1% or 1.5% for payment transaction via credit card/eftpos machine each time?!??!?!😭😭😭😭😭

Be mindful they are charging for changing toppings as well inside of a free swap between toppings for no charge at all..
It is one thing to be charging extra on bank cards for use to process their eftpos/payments and another to now be giving even less pearls to customers on standard drinks????They used to have a lot more same goes for every other bubble tea shops now they're all cutting back pearls to 1cm...

This felt unreasonable, especially since we were offering a solution that wouldn’t inconvenience others or disrupt operations.
We genuinely enjoy your venue and the quality of your offerings, but this experience left us disappointed. We hope in the future, more flexibility or at least clearer communication can be considered when customers raise simple,...
