I’ve been a loyal customer of your place for some time, consistently enjoying your delicious food especially Rajma chawal and excellent service. I left a positive review a few months ago because of the great experiences I’ve had. However, my recent order of the Rajma meal on July 14, 2025, via Uber Eats was disappointing. The dish lacked flavor, and the rajma beans were overly mushy, resembling a paste mixed with curry sauce rather than distinct beans. This was far below the quality I’ve come to expect from your restaurant. Additionally, I encountered an issue today with your app and also on Uber too The meal I wanted to order was listed as available but was marked unavailable shortly after my phone call to double check , with no apology or explanation provided. This was frustrating and disrupted my ordering experience. I hope you can address these issues, as I’d love to continue enjoying your food and service. Please don't eat here, food, service and atmosphere was terrible. After we ordered we wee told food was a 15 minute wait which was fine. We waited for more than 20-25 Minutes before I had to go ask the lady where our food was as we had been waiting for a long time. She acted like it was a great inconvenience that I had asked her where our food was and went inside to check. Then comes out with our food in take away containers and said that the food was ready and she was about to bring it out. Was not apologetic at all.

Firstly we had never ordered take away we wee dine in. The food had clearly been sitting there a while as the food was cold and soggy when we got it.

Forgetting all that, the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! There was broken glass on the floor. Dead insects everywhere on the floor. Chairs were dirty with dried sauce on it and no one had cleaned them. Absolutely disgusting. Would not dine with them ever again and would not recommend anyone to eat there. How disgustic it is? I got spider in burger box and burned burgers. Although I ordered normel buns. just pack from your kitchen and serve it to customer, doesn't matter how it is so that mean money is everything for u what about if you r on my place? are u eat it or allow to eat your family? Staff is really rude and irresponsible even the Owner is irresponsible. He don’t have manners how to talk with customers, how to handle customers complaints. I also provided photos of the food to him .Before i got stale laddu and fungus in laddu. They don’t deserve 1 star. I don’t have option to post photos here.. Think before ordering.
