The food was ok. But the service was atrocious.
You can tell the place was newly opened by the undertrained staff and the disorganisation going on. When we went there was less than 50% capacity and the food still took forever to come out despite us ordering only 1 thing.
There was also the issue of very poor explanation of what we were ordering and the process in general. Some guidance would have been nice considering the English translations on the menu were wrong to start with.
By the end of the meal the bowl of rice we ordered never came. We were very close to walking out, saved only by the fact that food was a good price.
I think I need to emphasis here that the service really needs some improvement. We received no apology for the missing rice, when we left there the cashier didn't even say goodbye, thanks or anything of the sort. Cold dead silence... Takes a payment then we go. What a poor form for...

We were not offered water, and there was no place to get it ourselves. The dishes were under-seasoned, and there was no salt provided at the table. Additionally, there were no tissues available, which was quite frustrating.
