Orange Tea Sunnypark — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Don’t usually do reviews but my colleagues and I were complaining that female staffs here are on and off atrocious with their customer service. Especially the short girl with noticeable make up (srry no better to describe).

This was a while back, but one time she YELLED at a food delivery person to go pick up the items on the other side. It was not even considered busy at the time. It was very uncomfortable and absolutely shocking to the deliverer and surrounding customers that were enjoying their drink.

The delivery person had every right to feel discriminated and make a tantrum out of this at the time; complaining about her unacceptable prejudice behaviour. Fortunately enough a tall male staff with glasses was able to quickly apologise on her behalf and assured her that it wont happen again. Shout out to him empathising/understanding the situation quickly and apologising for the act he did not even do. The female staff pursues to be confused and faintly smiles it off ?? Everyone deserves to be treated equally !

This is really unacceptable this place would have been perfect if they can just hold their anger issues and actually perform proper customer service. Good thing is that the drinks are great ! But I personally would not want that female (who cant control herself) taking my orders in the future respectfully. She really needs to drop her egotistical act… please have more staffs on who can actually be considerate and perform proper/decent customer service just like...

as a bubble tea fanatic, i think i’ve basically tried most bubble tea shops in Brisbane by now…🤣each and every one is definitely unique and different, and one of my favorites definitely has to be @orangetea_australia 🧡

🧡🧋look at this insane tower of bubble tea oh my lord- never knew this was a dream of mine till it happened, nearly teared up, she’s beautiful🥹🤍🤣ot has a huge range of drinks, but i personally love their lychee aloe mountain green tea the best~ super fragrant and delicious with aloe vera pieces at the bottom! one of the most refreshing and fruity drinks i’ve ever had🥰🥳

i drink aloooottt of bubble tea, so if i recommend one or you see it on my story often, you know it’s worth it and good good😌✨some (aka me) might say i’ve replaced water with bubble tea🧐but i’m just keeping hydrated right?~🤭🤣

one thing i love about @orangetea_australia is how every month they choose one drink on their menu to be their monthly promo drink~ so within the month, the chosen drink will be 20% off! which is incredible!🥰a fun way for indecisive people to pick a drink, as well as people like me who are creatures of habit to try new things! their drink last month was their kiwi carnival and 🤩another incredible drink!🥝✨

conclusion, i do recommend @orangetea_australia 🧡🧋some of their drinks can be a little pricey but they truly are such unique flavours you won’t find some of them...

My partner and I ordered online beforehand to save time since we were far away and didn't want to wait too long for our drinks to be made. Once we got there, we waited patiently for our order to be called. 15 minutes passed and our drinks were not ready so we asked one of the staff members and he told us it was on the way. Another 15 minutes pass and the same thing happened. 15 more minutes pass and we ask for a third time if our drinks are being made and we were told that they were. A total of 1 hour passes and still nothing. When we asked for the fourth time, they took a look at the order on my phone and only then started to make the order. After 1 hour and 5 minutes, we received our order of 1 drink. No compensation, No apologies, just given our drinks and forgotten. Unbelievable we wait more than 1 hour for 1 drink. Never...
