Milksha Sunnybank — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I went to Milksha in the city and really liked it and hope for the same here in Sunnybank but was very disappointed. I have come here twice and both times have been frustrated with the service quality and attitude of the servers. The servers have lazy attitude and negative disposition, especially when compared to the bubble tea place a couple of meters down named Orange Tea, where they go out of their way to provide what I need and ask for…here they have been reluctant with special orders and very simple customisation. They take very long to provide the orders and get them wrong when they finally arrive. I truly hope the store owner has a look at these reviews and improves these things being held against them as a service provider or else I am afraid they will soon be out...

Sadly there is no 0 star option! Don't even bother to spend your money here! Such a waste of money and time, they have no customer service at all, horrible staff training. We could see a girl (Might be the store manager, was arrogant, and rude to their staff as well. Been standing in front of the cashier for a long time, no one was coming to take our order, even they could just let us know it may take some times for them to get back to us. And yet, they use the milk from Manly, however, it was SO WATERY, Overpriced. There are a lot more nice bubble tea shop out there, if anyone else wants to enjoy their special service and special taste of milk tea, welcome, this is the right...

I don't have any other words to describe this Milksha branch customer service. "Disgusting" I ordered 8 drinks on the machine and it said honey pearl are unavailable then i went to the counter and saw big box of it so i aske if i can change the topping in my milk tea i can pay extra the lady told me it is already made and she can't change it! The FACT they not even making it yet ( you can check the camera ) so I even asked if I could buy even just 1 extra pearl on the side separately and guess what she laughed at me and said No. Don't ever go here as if you want to be treated...
