Wow, if you had asked me, I would have said that burger/ carveries like Corinthian are all gone from inner city. But I would have been wrong. The place looks, smells, sounds like an Old Skol local burger joint. We ordered a gormet standard burger and chicken fillet burger. From the first bite I was immediatley transported back to original Brissy suburban grilles. No secret recipes or special relish just crispy bun, meat pattie and ofcourse beetroot. Hey, what can I say! Corinthian is busy at lunch time with a lot of take away and regulars. There are a couple of footpath tables and chairs if you are 'dining in'. We walked past a Macca's and Jack's to get to Corinthian and glad we did. Keep going guys.

Australia should not be the country of $25 Egg Bennys or $12 Pastries adored by Runclub & Pilates advocates. This place represents what Australia should be. $13 chicken snitty sandwiches with fresh veggies double the size of KFC. My friend William would be happy to know this comes with Beetroot. When I took my first bite, I was reminded of early Australia before Visa Scams & the Mass Migration of Doctors & Engineers. Though as my stomach struggled to make room for my last bites, I remembered who I was eating for - small businesses against commercial greed. Will be retuning.

I have been going to Corinthian for years. The food is made with love, the steak burgers are to die for and I would highly recommend this cafe for any quality take always

Absolutely love Corinthian Carvery! Hands down the best spot in Brisbane for handmade, fresh, and downright delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads, rolls, and more. Theo and his staff are absolutely wonderful—everything they make is done with such care and attention to detail. And if you have a special request? No worries, they've got you covered! The best part? The prices! It's so affordable that you can easily stop by daily without breaking the bank. Whether you're a tradie looking for a hearty lunch or someone working in an office needing a quick, tasty bite, this is the place to be. And don't even get me started on their bacon and egg rolls—perfect for a sneaky pre-work treat. Do yourself a favor and make Corinthian Carvery your new go-to spot. You...

I ordered the large breakfast with a colleague, he got his meal, mine never came out, after waiting 5 or so minutes I asked how far off it was so they could put it in a take away container only to be told it had been forgotten about. As we had to leave for an emergency job. When I told them I just wanted my money back I was given a heap of coins, when I got into the truck I realized I had also been shortchanged several dollars. I'm sure their food is good but the service I experienced left a fair bit to be desired, only being given an off the cuff apology and told they will make it up to me next time. I don't want to sound rude but if you cannot remember an order I just made I don't expect you to remember to "make it up to me next time" Very...
