Crazy Noodle 中華一番 — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Pretty interesting name for a ramen restaurant that also serves other Japanese dishes. It's not authentic Japanese ramen, more like a Chinese fusion noodle dish but in saying that the noodles we ordered were good. The original pork flavour soup wasn't to strong, the charsiu was tender but I thought the noodles could of been cooked a little less to be more Al dente. The pickled ramen was interesting with thinly sliced pork, the soup was mild in flavour but very nice. Customer service was friendly and meals came out quickly. Overall...

Had lunch at Crazy Noodle on Friday arvo with my mate, it was my first time here. My mate ordered sour & spicy rice noodle with fish fillets and I ordered soy sauce chicken stir fried noodle.

The food was not bad, but the fried noodles were slightly lacking of Wok Hei（鑊氣 ) which is very important and mentioned quite often in Chinese cuisines. And hope the chef could pay a little more attention to the food presentation as well. Then it would be perfect.

Today me and my husband tried this place for the second time. One of the greatest place for a quick meal and late lunch as well. When most of the places are closed by 3pm this place will be open and we both got a chance to try their bacon and prawn fried rice and chicken with cashew nut and rice.
