Sizzling Braised Pot — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Never visit here if you expect some kind of decent service. I went here with my wife tonight, and just want to order some take away food. The restaurant was nearly full as it was small(approximately 5 to 6 tables), and the Chinese staff was impatient to take the order as she asked us for options very fast in mandarin with quite low tone. I thought that was okay as it was just fast food, and I’m not the picky customer, so we still ordered something. After I paid by card she told me I have to wait for 20mins, that was ridiculous! It is 9pm and I didn’t want to wait so I just asked for refund then I can switch to one of their neighbours. And the staff looks angry as if I wasted her time. She glared to me and punched the cash drawer hard and took some notes and coins out, not even asked me if I prefer to be refunded by cash or card. It was a totally terrible experience, I will never go back to this...

Taste good as usual, that’s why I always come back So recently I went to the shop and order a takeaway The meal is 14.80 on the menu, and after I tell the lady that is for takeaway, and I pay on card, the meal become $15.45 I was surprise for the hiding free, if your takeaway gonna be extra charge for packing You should put it on the menu or somewhere people can easily see it I can understand for your card extra charge But I can’t accept double charging That was a little bit shocked

Sorry I just have my takeaway, it doesn’t taste good like before The meat is so tough, it taste like water boil meat, it is not...

Love coming here sometimes the staff can seem a bit cold but maybe that's because I'm a foreigner. But I come here all the time for Braised Beef and carrot, please get it hot or extra hot. The extra kick of flavour and chillies really make the dish even better. It's also the perfect size it fills you but not too much. It's a hearty meal that personally makes me happy. Also the honey soy garlic fried chicken is nice. The only down side it that I usually can't order more than 2 of the Braised Beef, idk why. But definitely...
