Domino's Pizza Kedron — Restaurant in Brisbane City

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ordered food from uber eats and it was a 5 min drive from where I ordered at 7 and I called them at 7:30 asking where the food was because it had not arrived they said the delivery person just picked it up and soon it was 8:00 and the food still had not arrived so I called them up because I was getting late for a doctors appointment and asked where the food was they said it shows food will arrive in 10 mins after 1 hr off me waiting but I had to leave so I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but they said it is not possible and they would give me credit but I requested a refund for the inconvenience and they kept on telling me that was not allowed so I went to dominos because it was really close and I asked them why hasn’t my food came and asked for a refund once again but they said no rudely and told me the manager was coming to deal with the situation. I requested a refund AGAIN and the manager said he was going to give me a refund or give me the food it would have been much easier for them to do that in the first place instead of wasting my time DO NOT ORDER HERE YOU WONT GET YOUR FOOD AND THEY WILL WASTE...

Ordered through website. This is in itself an achievement as every key selection results in a spam popup. Literally want to throw the phone before you get to order. NO I DONT WANT THE DAMN GARLIC BREAD AND SIDES!!!!! Through the website i am auto directed to Kedron store as only option for delivery. I have no choice in this. Tracking App updated me with all of the time the driver spent delivering pizzas while flasing rubbish jokes and trivia about a driver i dont know. When pizzas eventually arrived they were cold and had sweated to the point that the box has sweated & sagged so i could eat a pizza base or the cardboard box to which everything else was attached. I complained through Dominos site requesting they provide the option to choose the store that delivers my web orders. Kedron is pretty much always a horrid dissapointment but Clayfield and Newmarket are closer stores. My complaint went straight to the Kedron store without any consideration of my request and i got an impersonal message from that store(not a person)offering a couple free pizzas that again took 2x as long as promised...

Ordered one pizza and two sides for thirty dollars, plus two dollars to 'upgrade' to chicken nuggets.

Was prompted to tip the driver. Very inappropriate as this is Australia, not the USA. We need to discourage tipping as it pushes down the minimum wage. Even though the pizza was terrible the workers still need to be paid. It's on management to train them properly.

The delivery was fast, well done. The garlic bread was perfectly cooked and hot, there's another star.

The chicken nuggets were burned around the perimeter, so, waste of two dollars. Should have gotten the softdrink instead.

The pizza was er... post-modern. Someone forgot to spread the tomato paste on the bottom, so there was a big splodge of it in the middle of the pizza along with all the pineapple. The pizza was cut in a geometrically interesting way.

Overall I feel much better about my own cooking skills and will remember to buy stuff from the supermarket to heat up in the oven if I ever need...
