Inedible Contaminated food and refusal to implement cleaner practise. AVOID if you have any dietary specifics such as vegan, vegetarian, pork free, beef free, food allergies or otherwise just prefer eating clean food etc.
The cross contamination is sad and the manager justifies it instead of politely replacing an uneaten untouched whole contaminated pizza.
Manager thinks contamination of food is acceptable practice and argued that they do not guarantee contamination free food despite of accepting the phone order in the first place. Used to order here a lot but will not anymore.
So if you have allergies(peanut, fish etc) and order pizzas that are not supposed to have those allergens and notify them in advance as additional precautionary measure , you will still end up being served with those allergen that were not to be there to begin with.
Additionally, be ready to be served meat if you're vegetarian , pork if you're Jewish and Muslim or beef if your hindu regardless of ordering pizzas free of those items. All because this particular store can't maintain basic health safety that other Dominoes can.
Update- What a rubbish face saving response from kenmore dominoes. Mistakes can happen but such terribly behaviour is unacceptable by the manager.
I have complained only 2 times in the 13 long years of ordering from you!! And sadly both times were for contamination and rightly so. I have only ever recieved 1 replacement in those 13 years so stop making shameful false accusations. My second complaint ever in 13 years did not justify you unleashing your entire day's frustration and failures on me because of problems in your personal life.
Also, I've never ever recieved a single free topping so just stop resorting to lies. Disgraceful to say the least and reflects terribly on your sad business and incredibly unprofessional poor excuse. I understand you are going through personal problems in life per your staff but no point lashing out on clients. Maybe take some mental health leave that might help you coz resporting to lies and offloading on customers will not.
Please note- You will be reported to the police and authorities for harassment if you try to harass me futher on the phone like yesterday or come to my place. Kindly consider this a formal notice to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I first ordered I didnāt know what to expect as the reviews of this establishment either say to avoid it or itās the greatest Dominos in Brisbane. However I can confidently say that I was proven wrong by the service that I received. The delivery driver, Luke, that came to my house was not only fast, but super polite as well. Instead of just leaving the pizza on my doorstep, he was nice enough to knock on my door and let me know that my order had arrived. He noticed my motorbike outside (a Kawasaki Ninja) and compilinented that as well, he seemed to know his stuff about bikes which I was very impressed with. After a brief chat about motorbikes, I offered him a slice of my delicious and juicy margarita but he declined, further showing how truly qualified he is in delivering excellent customer service. I can say with confidence that I will certainly be ordering from here again and hope that I will get a driver as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally gone downhill lately. It's my understanding, after asking an employee, that there was a change of management, unfortunately this has resulted in a poorly run store and a decrease in quality. I've been buying from this Dominos for three years, compared to the previous management the pizzas are now messier with less toppings, obviously rushed and sloppy. The staff look unhappy with poor morale, no doubt numbers were cut (many familiar team leaders are gone, don't blame them for jumping ship) and everyone is now stretched thin, at a detriment to efficiency not to mention quality. Whoever is managing now is completely clueless and I hope they kicked out on their ass so I don't have to drive to Mt Ommaney or Taringa just to get a...
