I am absolutely outraged by my recent experience with Domino’s. After a long day at work, I placed an order through Uber Eats to ensure my kids had dinner on time. I trusted Domino’s to deliver, but instead, they canceled the order without any explanation.
What’s worse is that when I called the store to find out what happened, the response was beyond infuriating. The person on the phone casually told me to just order again, offering no reason for the cancellation and no effort to make it right. Is this what Domino’s considers acceptable customer service? Families are relying on you to deliver meals, not ruin their evenings.
If Domino’s can’t manage to honor the orders they advertise, especially discounted ones, then stop offering deals entirely. It feels like you’re luring customers in with promotions only to cancel orders when it’s inconvenient for you. Charge the full price if you must, but at least do your job—deliver the food we order. My kids waited about an hour and a half for dinner because of your incompetence and lack of accountability.
This is not just a simple mistake—it’s a complete failure of trust and reliability. Domino’s has shown they don’t value their customers or their time. You’ve lost my business, and I’ll be warning everyone I know about this...

3 times I’ve visited this store and 3 times the order has been wrong. The first time it was my peri peri sauce. The second time was on a public holiday and I told them about the problem of the missing sauce and instead of saying “hey we won’t charge you on this one” they notified me of the public holiday charge and charged me for the sauce. I am writting this in the store as I wait for my missing chips to be cooked and I had to remind them that they forgot the sauce on my pizza.
A GF pepperoni pizza with peri peri isn’t hard to get right. It has 3 components that make it up. 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
I hope dominos management comes to help this store. Don’t order from this store if you want what you ordered to be correct. Upset at being charged for their mistakes.

Read moreI ordered two pizzas with cheesy crust for a quick bite on 25 Jab around 7pm. Thin crust pizzas were delivered. I calledthe shop and told them that wrong order was delivered.
They said that they're going to make a new one and have it delivered within 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes called the shop and asked. They said that they were waiting on the driver. They think they were getting the driver very soon.
15 minutes after I called again and then they were still waiting on the driver.
I was on hold three different times and got hung up on three different times.
I called from a different number and then they answered haha.
I just wanted the order cancelled and the money refunded.
This is 1.5 hrs after placing my order.
My wife asked for compensation for the time lost.
The person who answered the phone said "shut up" and hung up on the phone.
No one treats customers like this. I wish I could give no stars. I want the manger to contact us and apologise for this bad...
