Donut King DFO Brisbane T207 — Restaurant in Brisbane City

HQ definitely needs to come check the store out. I will not be returning to Donut King DFO until something is done about the health and safety of the store. Firstly it took 8 minutes for the two SICK ladies to finally take my order - hotdog, milkshake, 2 donuts. • The bread was stale, there was no sauce on it and the sausage tasted off and cold - thrown in the bin, waste of money. • The caramel milkshake was milk, I asked for extra syrup and she said it’ll cost more waste of money and a trap to spend more cash. • The donuts, don’t get me wrong I love when they are coated in sugar but not to the point a quarter of my bag is full of it. Was very sickening. While one of the ladies (older ADULT) was making my hotdog she was coughing all over the food, she didn’t cover her mouth and she didn’t wash her hands. Terrible customer service & slow like sloths. At first, hotdogs weren't ready around 10.45am and we weren't told when they would be ready (we had to ask). The attitude is really poor here from the person in charge. When we returned We had an electronic voucher for hotdogs and the manager argued with us that we shouldn't have pressed the redemption button - but there was a time & date stamp on the e-voucher. Visited on Saturday, blonde lady serving with the shaved undercut was rude as hell. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Donuts were undercooked and sweaty (ordered the clear cups of mini donuts) Ordered 1 large thick shake and 2 small ones for the kids and got all larges and I didn’t know you could screw up a milkshake until that day.
