Dum n Rum Annerley — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Came here with my friend from gold coast. There were noone else in the restaurant and have tables and chairs aroud. We asked about dine in. The guy said thats okay but they dont have cutlery. Spend $115 and waited for 20+mins, which is okay. The owner came in and said we cant dine in and said there are no other options! Upon asking he gave us cutlery but informed we weren't allowed to sit and have food. If you cant accept dine in, then dont say dine in is available. Thank you for the worst experience! Edited for reply: hello sir, (1) as i have mentioned in my post, your employee said that we could dine in. The only statement he made was that you dont have cutlery. (2) not everyone googles and reads your website before coming in (3) no signs were available in that store stating that its dine in only. (4) chairs and tables were available with no signs indicating its not a dine in place. So, why provide false information before taking our order and payment and then refuse the service you offered in the first place? The audacity! And dont worry about explaining the services in other stores! Invest in some signs and please let the employees know what all services...
