First time was good, second was a fairly big overcharge, asked for eye fillet, got medallions but got charged for fillet.
Wanted to see if he would notice and charge me on weigh up, was 260g under a kilo on his scales but still charged for the full kilo.
Lack of prices on his board means he can arbitrarily charge as what he wants, not a money issue, more a he repeated the order and still did that.
Shame too, his meats are actually good quality, perhaps he just got it mixed up.

Read moreGreat sausages but the old guy always seems like he'd rather not be there and could do without having to interact with customers. He gets the orders wrong a little too often as well 😐. When I'm paying that much for sausages, even good ones, I would prefer to have what I actually ordered. Wouldn't hurt them to clean the place up a bit too, it's strange that the newsagents nearby looks more suited for food preparation and distribution than the butcher shop.
