The Positives

the food was great!! the lady in the kitchen was amazing So poliet & respectful !!!

The Negatvies

A Male Barman on duty & an older female Cash attendant's behaviour was appalling !!! Very intimidating & anger attitude no respect for customers i actually told the cash attended if she had a problem & why she was so rude and arrogant in her nature .. she replayed i dont have to be nice to you !!! there was also an incident with my friend who was with me.

please address these issues i am upset with my experience at your establishment!

I will delete my review if disaplanary action is taken ... i do not wish to cause any issues with your business .. As you are aware there are strikt rules reguarding gambling and liquor regulations & Qld ombudsman with customer service .

For example .. oppressive behaviour to patrons who might have gambling addictions or depression is not tolerated & there could be legal issues in the future.
