Worst rudest service in any coffee shop I have frequented. I went to the establishment this morning and ordered one of the five choices on the menu. As I am alergic to chutney I requested a roll without it only to be told that all the food is prepared earlier and could not be changed. When I asked a further question as to why i was told that she would then remove the chutney. I said no thanks and gave the menu back to her over the counter the staff member then said from twenty feet away she would then make a fresh one but also mentioned with an attitude that i threw the menu at her that did not happen. This got me offside straight away and I asked her for her name which she crossed her arms and refused. So my next comment was that i would contact head office as customers in my view should not be treated that way after that a verbal argument was started by the blonde staff member so hence is my review. This is the third time a Gloria Jean coffee shop has had an issue with someone I know to this point. I did mention it to my contact at a car dealership nearbye and was told a similar story with the Pacific Island girl who rolled her eyes to a similar request over a drink that should have been served hot but was served cold. I hope that by sending this review the shop may improve the service before the word gets around to far. As it is there were not very many persons in the shop compared to other shops I frequent I have tried to contact head office today with no answer. Thanks for your time I have contacted the head office and was told 4 days after that the store manager had been notified however no other feedback was available. So I did some more research and found that the while franchise is in trouble with stores being threatened with closing apparently I have also read other reviews and found quite a few to be negative....

My issue was actually getting to the drive through having made a spur or the moment decision to get a coffee. I entered at the street closest to Gloria Jeans and it's a "no entry" to the complex! Which really stressed me out because i didn't know how to enter the complex legally! Too many "no entry" signs and "one way" driving arrows - which is not Gloria Jeans' fault - but do turn into the street before the shopping/fuel complex rather than after! (Maybe you could have a sign directing drivers on how to enter legally when you get to that driveway? Do you have to drive...
Read more2 visits in 2 days and 2 completely different experiences 🤔 Yesterday I came in and ordered the Biscoff drink - there were 3 lovely female staff who were so friendly and polite, asked if I would like coffee and cream, brought my drinks to the table. Today I came in and ordered the same drink - the female staff member (who wasn’t working yesterday) did not look at me once when taking my order, didn’t ask if I would like coffee or cream. Had to come to counter and collect drinks - then had to take back to ask for the sprinkles that come with the coffee. Then when handed the drinks back one was dribbling down the cup.
