I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at your restaurant. Finding a parking spot is already challenging, and to make matters worse, when I went to pick up my order, I was told to return to my car to get my delivery bag before I could collect my order. This is completely unreasonable. We are on tight schedules, and time is money.

As an Uber driver, we don't have the luxury of wasting time, especially when we are trying to deliver orders promptly to avoid negative ratings from customers. Negative ratings can lead to being blocked on the platform, which impacts our livelihood.

Furthermore, your staff's attitude towards Uber drivers is dismissive and disrespectful. We are part of the same service chain, working together to ensure customers get their orders. Making us go back to our cars, often parked far away, just to get a bag is unnecessary and shows a lack of understanding of our job's demands.

Average burgers for the price of Amazing burgers. The chips are alright but for a similar price you get way more at somewhere like Getta. If you're looking for a great small affordabld Burger go to Miel in the city. If you're looking for good large Burger where you get what you pay for, go to Getta in Carina.

Edit: Went again and realised why it was so average. The burgers taste like the sauce they have on them and nothing else. I had the Crispy Bacon and Cheese and it didn't taste like anything until I hit the Herb Mayo, then all it tasted like was herb Mayo. I could (and do) make better burgers at home by making the Patty simply have flavour, the one at Grilld was dry (possibly overcooked) and had no flavour.

Overall I give this Burger a rating of $6, by which I mean id pay $5 for a burger at a sausage sizzle of equal quality and then get Herb Mayo for $1. Actually, saying that, that would probably be a better Burger. This 2.5 star Burger loses half a star for being the price of a...

Note to manager - Please re-train your lovely staff (they were lovely) on how to clean tables. The food was great - the staff were friendly - However, we felt pretty grossed out with the way one particular staff member "cleaned" the tables We we a grop of 7 people on a stick table. I asked it to be cleaned and the staff member came over with a spray and quiclly wiped it over. The table needs a proper hot clean though - It was still sticky and now also wet so we moved to a table closer to the edge - there is bird poo all over the seats and the wall. Understandably, you can't stop that - but it hasn't been cleaned for days!

When I asked again to clean the table and to wipe down the seats the same man , with a lovely smile, wiped down all the poo (but smearing it around) off of the seats first and, with the same cloth then proceeded to wipe down the table ...BLEEURRGHHHHH.

Isn't that cleaning 101 to do the tables first and then seats?
