Stamford Road Bakery — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I used to be a regular customer for this bakery. They increased their prices around %7 for some product I buy. I could understand this increase if there is a justified reason, especially if I know their price is higher than other for the same range of product. Another bad experience I had with them the minimum charge by EFTPOS is $5. I understand the banks issue with high fees they charge by transaction but I could understand this minimum amount in case the price is acceptable. In addition to that, one time I order a product less than $5, but I had only $10, they give me the whole exchange as small coins in a small plastic bag. If you have this policy of minimum charge you should keep enough exchange without giving whatever leftover of small coins in the drawer. The products they sell overall good, but they need to know how to respect...

Normally I don't bother to review anything, but their bread is truly spectacular. Gave it a try after walking past to KFC for the nth time and realized what I was missing out on.

The bread smells amazing, and as soon as I pick it up I can feel the weight of actual real bread (compared the supermarket rubbish). They've got variants with sesame to make their loaves even more appetizing. The bread fills me up twice as much compared to other bakeries. Can't speak for their pies/dessert.

If you have any doubt, ask yourself how this little bakery has survived being just outside one of the busiest malls in Brissy and the temptation of oily unhealthiness next door. Try it!

Second to none!!!! This bakery is always packed with customers there food is outstanding and I really mean that I spend 75% of my smoko break racing over there to get a couple karage chicken rolls they are to die for parking can be hard to find as there is also a KFC and a gyg on either side of the bakery but being a bakery it's quite fast paced so car parks empty and refill quite quickly I recommend this place to absolutely everybody it has become a workplace favourite the staff is also lovely and make so amazing toasted Halloumi and bacon croissants that are also...
