Our experience at this location was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. We visited during a non-busy time on a weekend (around 3 PM), but what we encountered was absolute chaos. Two taller teenage girls (both blonde and without name tags) were more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. They stood behind the counter, playing with their hair and chatting, completely ignoring the growing line of customers. To make matters worse, they showed no care or urgency about the 20+ orders piling up. It was clear they had zero interest in actually working.
One shorter girl was trying to keep things running, but it was an impossible task given that the other two were doing absolutely nothing. Food bags were left sitting on the counter for over ten minutes, and when the orders were finally called, the girls handled the situation carelessly. I had to demand fresh food after watching them pick up bags that had been sitting out for far too long. Even worse, one of the taller girls was openly dismissive and rolled her eyes when another customer raised the same concern.
Instead of addressing customer complaints professionally, these two girls began fighting back, giving rude, smug responses, and acting like we were the ones at fault for questioning their incompetence. Several customers, including a delivery driver, were visibly annoyed and commented that this was a regular occurrence at this location. The disrespect from the staff was astounding—these girls clearly couldn’t care less about providing service or maintaining basic standards.
The girls' blatant disregard for their work, coupled with their confrontational attitude towards customers, was inexcusable. The fact that they were touching their hair and ears while preparing food is a serious hygiene issue that shows how little they cared about health standards.
This restaurant is severely lacking in management, staff training, and basic customer service skills. It's appalling that the owner hasn’t stepped in to fix this mess. How can anyone wait 20 minutes for simple orders while the staff stands around chatting, ignoring complaints, and being rude to customers?

Read morePoorly managed! Girls on front counter standing around talking laughing and running past each other no one on stations nor taking notice of what orders are ready or need to be ready! Bags of food sat on the counter for ten minutes then my number was called and I watched them pick up one of the bags that had been sitting to the side for that ten minutes! So I said I want fresh food not food sitting there for ten minutes until someone can be bothered to ask why it’s there. These girls have no idea what they’re doing nor care actually. My food was then thrown at me on the counter. Manager is far too young and not up for the job! Appears she is the same age as the girls on the front counter playing with their hair and scratching their ears literally whilst then using their hands to prepare our food! I certainly addressed the manager and the smug girls on the front whom I asked a question and got a blank look as a response! The owner needs to come in and give this place a good shake up, train their junior managers and give the place a deep clean! Customer service, organisation and hygiene lacking! How can you have no food ready and have to be waiting on EVERYTHING. Worst display of management I’ve seen. Hiding out the back isn’t getting the job done!
After 20 minutes waiting for popcorn chicken I wasn’t happy with the way my order was handled.

Read moreI ordered my meal and the staff member who was taking my order , took my order in a rush then went off to speak to Their friend who was not a customer, it appeared like they were just in the food court and decided to say hello. The staff member who took my order didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or anything else just wanted to unprofessionally walk off to speak to Their friend. Then they stuffed up my order I'm assuming because they were distracted by their conversation with their friend and so I went back to let them know about the stuff up.I spoke to Alex who was in-charge and I said I didn't get my chips which was apart of the new potato mashie meal and the person who served me threw my chips into my box and they both were laughing. When I asked if there was a place to complain Alex told me to refer to this website rather unprofessionally and then they both continued to laugh. I'm sure this is not how you train your staff when it comes to professional customer service? I'd like to know that the staff involved will be performanced managed as this is disgusting customer service and makes the Indooroopilly store...
