My recent dining experience at Beach House Garden City left me completely speechless! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a touch of elegance that set the stage for an unforgettable meal.

Let's talk about the rare beef salad. Words fail to describe the burst of flavors that exploded in my mouth with every bite. Now, onto the original beef burger. I specifically requested it without tomato, and I have to say, it was the best decision I made. Terrible service and scammers.

Went there last night with my friend. We are 20 and she ordered a cocktail on the app, unfortunately she realised too late she forgot her ID. We were sorry and understood we couldn't have the drink, however the waitress just walked away and did not offer any alternative. When we asked if we could get a refund they said "we don't do refunds on the app". I've received a refund/credit through this exact same app POS system before so not sure why they lied or didn't offer a refund through their normal system. When our food came there was a massive black hair just sitting in the mash potato. My friend and I both work in customer service so understand these things happen, but there was no sympathy when we took it back, just had to wait for it to be re-done. After the meal, we decided to do something about the $15 cocktail we had paid for and never gotten. A jug of coke was $12 so we decided to ask if we could just have that instead, since they "couldn't give a refund". When asking if this was possible, they said "no, you can have a glass that's it". I understand it is my friends fault she had no ID, but paying $15 for a GLASS OF COKE is disgusting. The service here was terrible and they literally scammed us. Not sure why an attitude from staff is so necessary when we were nothing but polite. Hope others see this and don't get ripped off and...

Went to the beach house last night (Friday) with a girlfriend - we walked to the upstairs dining area and majority of the tables were being used or were reserved which wasn’t the problem. We found a table eventually and it had 4 empty beer bottles and 3 glasses and food crumbs were all over the table. We stand at the table for about 5min hoping someone saw us and would come and clean it - made eye contact with 2 waiters and nope nothing. So we sat down and I had to ask someone to come clean the table after waiting now for 10min, a lady came (and was a bit rude) and cleared the glasses but didn’t wipe the table so I was going to be eating on a dirty table with grease and food crumbs from the people before us - yuck. Ordered a chicken parmigiana and the food came out reasonably quick which was good considering it being a Friday night but I was disappointed when the food was placed in front of me - it had no care given into the presentation of it and my ceaser salad wasn’t even a ceaser salad - it was hard chunky bits of lettuce, 5 little bacon cubes & a ceaser dressing that was way to vinegary and the portion size was tiny. The chicken wasn’t to bad and again the portion of chips was like a kids meal and I paid $26 which was a rip off for the actual amount of food I received. I’m very disappointed with this and don’t think I’ll be back...
