I just had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. The first time I tried to order, I wanted to get a nitro coffee (which was listed on the menu board), but the staff told me it wasnât available. The second time, I went to order a drink they had advertised on the sign at the entrance, figuring it should be available. But again, the staff said it was sold out.
So, I had to line up a third time before finally getting a drink. I mentioned to the staff that drinks that are sold out or unavailable should be clearly markedâespecially since one of the drinks I tried to order was heavily advertised right at the entrance. It takes time to decide on what drink to get and line up to order.
What was most frustrating, though, was the attitude of the staff member. When I raised this feedback, she ignored me completely, with no response at all.
Overall, my worst experience at Starbucks. The three stars are for the other hardworking, friendly Starbucks staff I've encountered.

   Read moreStaff are rude and hate their job. One member off staff will finish serving the person infront of you and then ignore you for 30 seconds while standing there finishing somthing then serve you.
But the reason I'm leaving a review is because I'm in pain right now. I ordered a plant based breaky roll from this store and ate it... It was scolding hot now I can taste blood in my mouth it hurts so much to eat food now. Im missing skin of the roof of the mouth it feels like someone has sanded down the roof of my mouth with sandpaper ... Also the staff made me the wrong the drink and we had to remake it witch that part isn't a big deal but over all bad experience. No food should be so hot it burns customers skin off and makes them bleed.
And... you need to train your staff to not be so rude they make me feel uncomfortable because they are so unwelcoming and look annoyed they don't smile at all really really bad customer service. It's liked they are aspiring...
   Read moreLots of people working here for how many customers there were in line, it may have been just after the rush. Service was very minimal but friendly in the ultra brief exchanges I had.
It took a while to get a basic iced long black. Person after me seemed to wait ages for their order. Tables I wanted to sit at were dirty. Fabric seats were worn out.
Iced long black was ok for an iced long black - can't expect too much. I prefer cold brew but can't expect big franchises to make good cold brew. It would be mass produced and stored in bags rather than brewed on location.
Store is nice enough and in a prime position with a variety of seating areas. They seem to have made some poor choices when setting the place up which has made parts look dirty and worn now that it's been there a while. If they can't afford to upkeep the place properly then I guess it will be another failed Starbucks (even if it makes more money than a small independent...
