Very selfish staff, bad policies, not allow clients shared their own paid food, expensive and long standing waste time for orders They NOT value client, never back.
Just friendly borrow a small empty cup after ordering tea (like normal people do borrow emrty cup or bowl, or cutlery in restaurant), they said NO borrow cup without any hesitation. This indicates that they already had this selfish policies in. Don't think they have good service to clients.
Reasonable price? NO. Every business need profit, that is right but look at how they charge and buyers think about that. One of example: a bag of tea $6 while market sell less 50 cent cent/bag, expensive!! but we must accepted due to waiting our kids in there. This is an example (price) tell any potential buyers how they will charged in menus. Up to you go there for whatever reason if wanting burning money.
Rediculois claim "common policies" NOT allow buyer share their already paid food. There is NO clear signs in this place telling buyer(s) NOT allowed share their bought food (funny and illigal policies ). Even though if there is a sign not allowed shared buyer's paid food,l. Owner! This is wrong and this is NOT common sense, this is rediculois. Sorry, once people buy their food, it is theirs and they can do whatever they want. Do NOT lecture people how to use their belongings things. Clients is not your baby. In stead of review the policy or at least friendly way refuse (basic business strategy) . They react very rules and explain that rediculois common sense. Never see any thing like this in our life.
Long waiting order time? If you want to wait and waste your time, just go here and standing there, some complain waiting for hour. If you can't wait any more and give up, can you get refund? Probably NOT because they might say food is preparing. It is your choice. Although not busy at the time, but very slowly to get order.
Reputation and respect client? NO Seem to be young people like these kind of desserts- good sign for the business (my kids used to be but advised them not go to) and they think they are doing business well. Become complacent then they NOT value about client. They react kind of "go away". Very bad reputation. Don't understand how their business strategies.
Never come back. They can say they are not appreciate a buyer's business like that instead of doing better client services. That is fine but tell us WHO THEY ARE.
Update: Although almost restaurants give clients free (borrow) cups, glasses, cutlery..., This Krazy Yoghurt & Dessert do NOT want clients borrow (which is selfish) but it is their right and we can't force them and that is why we just walked out. However, they can't lecture clients whether they share it not share their food. This way of lecture, owner claimed they are friendly???). This is funny, rediculous and illegal. Long waiting due to busy? NO. At that time, just around 10 clients seating inside, most of them had food already (NOT waiting order). Up to them trying cover up. Every low starts comments, the owner show up its rules behaviour. Please looking at other comments. That is...
Read moreTerrible service. The 1st waitress enquired if we were dining in or take away. We told her we were dining in and she told us to scan the code and she just walked off from the counter. She did not return to tender us so we just took the menu and pick our own table (who would stupidly continue to stand in front of the counter and wait fyi the shop wasn't busy at all when we walked in). When I return to the counter to make order a different waitress served me. She then asked where am I sitting and I pointed to the 4 table seater. I then got told off to sit at the 2 table seater as the 4 table seater are reserved for larger group only. I told her that the 1st waitress did not attend to us so we just pick our own seat and obviously not being told about the shop policy. She then called the 1st waitress to the counter. I was shocked to find this 2nd waitress confronting customer in such a way. She then said we can continue to sit at the bigger table but if a larger group comes in we will be asked to move. I strongly recommend you put the 'reserved' sign on the 4 seaters to avoid such confusion in future. I can also see from other reviews it looks like this is the practice for the shop that appears to be 'fine' by the owner.(?)
If your waitress is properly trained she shouldnt just walk off while customers are doing what is being told and then to find ourselves getting confronted by another waitress for your own poor service. Even if the 1st waitress needs to attend to something else she should come back and check on us or approach us to explain the table policy. The 1st waitress was serving drinks around the shop and could have easily spotted us at the larger table. This shop does not value and have no respect towards customers at all.
Also, ordered the taiyaki sundae. The fish waffle was so tough as though it has been left out for a very long time. Not worth the $$$. There are much better dessert shop around with much better service.
Avoid this shop if you do not want to experience such unpleasantness.
Note to the team: if you plan to tell me that you do not welcome or need my business like how you tell the others, don't bother replying and consider me noted. I will...
Read moreKrazy Yoghurt & Dessert is a modern and fresh little place with light decor, cozy seating and excellent food. This was an instant hit for us.
Ambience | 5 ⭐
With lots of cozy, colourful couches and an outside section there are plenty of seats available. We visited on a Friday night and the little place was packed. We were a group of 3 and were seated as soon as we arrived. Larger groups can expect a wait during busy times, but it is well worth it. The decor is beautifully suited for your insta snaps, the lighting is bright and warm. It was a very beautiful place to be. Showing a fresh and joyful vibe through wonderfully cute cutlery, expertly chosen colours and a very consistent theme.

We ordered as we walked in, and then we were encouraged to be seated. Our food came pretty quickly, and we were surprised as the place was busy. During our visit the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. As we left, we tried to say thank you as we walked out but all of the staff were busy, showing their commitment and dedication to their service.

We ordered the banana egg waffles, salted caramel thick shake, and matcha shaved ice. The egg waffles were warm, light and fluffy and served with chocolate sauce. Very enjoyable! The matcha shaved ice includes a delightful little surprise as you eat it - a real burst of fun and excitement. Caramel thick shake was also very nice. Cannot fault the food - delicious and fresh.
Price | 5 ⭐
For what we ordered, we paid approximately $45 for everything. Considering the three of us shared the food together, it worked out to be $15 per person which is very reasonable. Well priced for the quality of food and the experience of dining in.
Thank you for having us. We will...
