Absolutely loved our experience at Nando's! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. 😊 Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out – it felt like they genuinely cared about making our meal perfect. 🙌

The food? Just outstanding! Every dish was packed with flavor, and you could tell that everything was freshly prepared. The peri-peri chicken was absolutely delicious – perfectly grilled and seasoned to perfection. 🍗🔥 We also got a great surprise when the game we were playing with our group scored us loads of FREE chips 🍟 and corn on the cob 🌽. Honestly, who can resist a plate full of crispy, golden chips and that mouth-watering corn? Definitely a great touch! 😋

The vibe inside was so chill and relaxed, with the staff constantly checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. There’s nothing like being treated so well while enjoying such amazing food. 👏

I’ve already started recommending Nando’s to all my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The combo of incredible food, great atmosphere, and superb service is truly unbeatable. 🌟 If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family and served top-tier food, Nando’s is where you want to be! 💯

Ordered delivery from their website, was notified that the order was collected at 7:00pm, I was then contacted at 7:31 by their driver who told me that they “just picked the order up”. Took another 15 minutes to deliver the food 800m from the store & when it arrived it looked dropped, the $23 serve of chicken was cold & inedible. The $13 serve of chips was a lump of cold potato. One of the serves of corn was missing a piece. Took them a week to respond with a “we are looking into it” then another week to say it had been escalated to their area manager. Then a third week for them to say “here’s a $20 voucher”. After I requested a refund as per my rights regarding a Major Failure under Australian Consumer Law when engaging a business’ service, I was offered a $40 voucher. When I suspect my order was mishandled, I found this laughably inappropriate & not good enough. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the store to others, they report similar experiences. Then they have the audacity to ask me to fill out a survey about their service.

$80 worth of food would be better bought from...

I've been going to Nandos very regularly for years, not often at this store since there are a few closer to me. I ordered the tenders this time (extra hot as always) with peri chips, and only waited about 5 minutes for my food(store was relatively quiet).

The tenders were juicy and delicious, even though they were noticeably smaller than most occasions I've ordered from other Nandos stores. The chips were amazing, super crispy, plenty of peri salt which I love.

The servers were friendly, kind and attentive, twice asking if my food was good and if there was any cutlery, sauces or napkins I needed. I might be biased to the food because I love Nandos, but the service was unquestionably good in my experience.

PS: you want supremo on the pita bread, add pineapple....
