Really poor service with incompetent staff.
I ordered via the website, which initially would not let me log in to my profile. I placed the order and tried to select delivery but the website would not retrieve my details. The website would not find my address when I searched for it.
I selected pay on delivery.
When I selected the finalise order button it did not take me to a confirmation page but placed the order for pick up.
I ran the store straight away and spoke to the ‘supervisor’ - a girl named Crystal. She did not seem to understand English very well - when I asked to speak to someone else she said she was the only person there. I explained that I wanted the order for delivery and wanted to pay the driver when he arrived.
Finally she managed to understand that I wanted a delivery and took the address after confirming that one of the items I ordered was not available and she had to substitute it.
I was then told the order would take an extra 15 minutes (making it 30 mins in total)
I waited an hour before calling the store to find out where the order was.
I spoke to Ricky, who also had difficulty understanding what I was saying. I had to speak slowly and sound things out to him.
Ricky told me that the pizzas were still sitting in the store but were due to leave soon and should be with me in the next 15-30 minutes - I live 950 meters from the store or about 3 minutes drive....
Ricky also said that the pizza’s had already been charged to my credit card!!
I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I spoke to Crystal again as the manager ‘Dan’ wasn’t there. As I was on the phone to Crystal (who could not seem to help me or explain what had happended) - Ricky turned up with the pizza’s and requested the money!!
I explained that they were already charged to my credit card and had taken an hour and a half to arrive!!
The pizza’s were cold, poorly made and took an hour an a half to arrive.
