If you are dreaming of being back in Italy eating REAL Italian pizza then I have great news! Drive to Nundah and watch Carlo and his team make authentic pizza that will keep you coming back. You can choose from the tradition lunga (long) pizza in either half or one meter length or standard round pizza. Don’t forget to try the Nutella pizza for dessert. Such a lovely place to enjoy the true flavours of norther-style pizza. The owner, Carlo, is a dedicated 👨‍🍳 working hard to share his love and passion for food. The truffle porcini pizza is the best, and so is the traditional Italian hot chocolate! P.S. A half-metre pizza can feed 2-3 people.

The pizza here is so good! The pizza is not excessively oily and the amount of toppings is just right for the pizza. If you're a party of two and get the half meter pizza you'll still have leftovers for another meal. :)

The pizza here is so good! The pizza is not excessively oily and the amount of toppings is just right for the pizza. If you're a party of two and get the half meter pizza you'll still have leftovers for another meal. :)

I've never had "authentic Italian pizza" before but I do know what taste good to me. For starters the taste of the pizza dough is lacking, I believe this comes from a short proofing time not allowing for flavours to fully develop in the dough.

The Margherita is seriously lacking basil (it's non existent) and I understand they have a Margherita D.O.P which isn't much better. Without basil a Margherita pizza is nothing more than a cheese pizza.

I am unsure of why this place is rated so high, clearly people like it. In saying thay people also like Dominos.

Would I go back: Possibly Final thoughts: I believe this place has all the right tools and ingredients to make some truly good pizza, but for now I'd rather try new places then...

Been ordering on DoorDash a few times to get their gluten free Diavola pizza and can say that their gluten free bases are the best I’ve ever had! I have an intolerance to gluten, but a lot of gluten free bases just don’t taste right so when I order pizza, I sometimes just buy regular pizzas to save cost as I’d rather not pay extra to eat something I don’t enjoy despite it destroying my stomach. Pizzalunga da Carlo’s bases however are exactly like the real thing! I love them! Thank you for making delicious (maybe even the best) gluten free pizzas! (And although I really shouldn’t have them as they are not GF, their focaccia is to die for.) One day, I’ll be sure to dine in and try their pizza fresh...

I can't call myself a regular, but have been there enough to say that it's an excellent place to have a pizza "the Italian way". Great toppings and option, with a good choice of entrees and an excellent tiramisù for dessert. Definitely recommended. My personal favourite is the Salsiccia & Friarielli pizza.

After several years, it is still a great pizza place that focuses on what matters: Taste, great ingredients, quality, and generous portions. Still love their pizzas, and really appreciate their new Italian drinks (chinotto, aranciata, but not mainstream brands)...
