Food has always been great but bad service and communication recently. Ordered online and the site wait time was longer than usual, which wasn’t a issue, it was a Thursday night so assumed they were just really busy. After we arrived to collect, we had to wait a further 35min on the street, with quite a few other people, so it seems like something has gone wrong with the operational side of the restaurant.

Eventually I checked again at the counter and then my order was ready, which was concerning as I think the guy hadn’t brought the order out to me and it had been ready a while.

I hope service picks back up, it just needs a bit more organisation and it’ll be back to 5 stars!

On the food side, we’ve had most things on the menu and are always happy with the quality and quantity of the meat/seafood l. We often pay to add extra and it’s still really great value.

Duck stir fry and chicken red curry with coconut rice....

This used to be a favourite of mine, but sadly the quality of food and service has dropped. Wondering if they have changed owners? The fish cakes used to be amazing, but now they are obviously processed and very rubbery. My fried rice was fine, but not as it used to be. Service was ok. They were new staff I have never seen before. Clearing plates before everyone at the table had finished their entree (pet peeve of mine) which the previous wait staff would never have done. It was very quiet which is unusual. We were there on a Thursday night which is usually very busy, never a spare table. However it was just us and two other tables. Doubt I will be going back. This is a delightful Thai restaurant offering delicious food and service with a smile.

There are a great variety of Thai dishes that can be made up with a choice of meats, fish or veg. The Siam Special rice is a particular delight and the traditional curries do not disappoint. The curries are standard sized and easily feed 3-4 per dish if sharing, or more than enough for one if not. The standards Coconut Rice is a little smaller, but still easily enough for 2 to share.

If ordering takeaway they are usually very efficient in preparing your food, 15-20mins has been the usual wait, although it does of course vary depending on how busy they are.
