Very unfair, and careless dishonest dishonouring the law not trading the customers fairly The lady told me a lie saying I’ll go and check at the back to see if your drinks is still there and making a false assumption I ordered a Chai latte on oat milk but I went away to go to the shops for five minutes they were pretty careless with my chai latte drink they were impatient with serving me I came back I didn’t know when I came back to their store Didn’t know that would throw at my drink on purpose it’s pretty poor service basically, I should be reporting this was a waste of $6.25 Taken out of my pocket and do not recommend the store to any customer terrible staff, not friendly, rude and careless don’t like when the staff threatened to call the police the treated me unfairly Now her side of the story The lady who is going to speak to her manager not been able to speak to me face-to-face, and sort out this issue that the staff is misbehaving very bad careless responsibility for their...

I've always found the staff at this cafe to provide fantastic customer service & a friendly smile 😃

There is an excellent menu selection available that also caters to people who have special dietary requirements.

I particularly like the coffee that they make, which is the Merlo brand. Always a quality cup of coffee ☕️

Very rude waitress who didn’t explain Today’s Special to customers when they ordered lamb shank. There was no price shown on the board and we thought we have ordered the special set. When hubby comes back and checked the balance and the provided food items with me, we noticed there was an error. Hubby went back to check with the staff. The waiter originally told us that there is $1 different, so we could pay an extra $1 and get a babyccino for our son. However the waitress intervened and claimed that we didn’t ask for the set meal and given that the order had gone through, there was no way to alter it. How rude! Iced matcha latte was made with the sachets, not even mixed properly. Lamb shank sauce was mixed with the salad dressing…. That awkward taste……. We will never come back anyway to have been treated...
