Fruit Fantasy & Deli — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Two weeks ago on a Sunday i purchased(for the first time ) produce from this place because of their presentation and my friend said" good quality from here." I purchased 3 avos fresh ,thai herbs & 3 punnets blueberries. All looked get from outside. When i got home i cut open first Avo Rotten black yuck proceeded to cut 2nd Two Rotten same. Very disapointed to say the least. Next morning Thai basil wilted. Only good produce Blue berries. I took photos to show owner manager the next Sunday. I spoke to him quietly explained my disapointment said i had photos to prove my disapoinment i did not ask for refund. No one else could hear us. His comment was"Thats no good" and kept on about his business i was gob smacked. I wasted $$ in this place is one thing to be dismissed off hand as i was was just...

I’m rather fond of their premium strawberries. Sometimes the berries can be close to turning, but admittedly those punnets usually sell for a good price or in a 3 for $xx sale. So it’s not entirely bad. The other produce is also good but can be steep in price, so I tend to stick to the sales areas out front.

If you like Italian small goods, they do stock a good variety as well as local fresh cheeses. The cashiers can be a mixed bag, some are super friendly and really nice and then others are disinterested and dismissive. For five stars, they could work on their customer service to be consistent across the board and re-evaluate the pricing of the dark and leafy greens...

Extremely RUDE staff! I was ordering fruit platters over the phone from the lady and I confirmed all my order. Then I simply asked if she has pictures of them. she said: ARE YOU SERIOUS. YOU THINK I CAN CUN YOUR FRUIT IN A FANCY WAY. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT. HOW ABOUT YOU GO AWAY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR FRUIT. BYE. and she hung up. rudest person ever! can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! however i must say the other staff i dealt with were nice but this lady......... unforgettable. never...
