Wow!! 40 minutes for banh mi (roast pork). We were told it would take 20 to 30 minutes (from 1.25pm) for the roast pork banh mi because they were cooking another batch, which was fair enough. We decided to do a bit of shopping then come back 30 minutes later at 1:55pm. When we got back we had to wait another 10 minutes. The roast pork banh mi was ok, not the best nor the worst.... it was quite salty - my wife couldn't finish her roll because it was too salty. 40 minutes wait is a record. 3 big pieces of just pure fat in my roll. We only come here because its too far to drive from enoggera to darra and inala, which has much better roast pork and classic banh mi. In the land of the blind the one- eyed...

First time trying this restaurant. It was one of the most popular selections in the food court based on the amount of people that placed orders while I was there. I ordered a pork bahn mi to take away. I was handed a ticket & I waited around while it was freshly prepared. Happy with everything except the sauce they put on it at the end from a squeeze bottle (not sure what it was) which ruined it for me.
