Wow!! 40 minutes for banh mi (roast pork). We were told it would take 20 to 30 minutes (from 1.25pm) for the roast pork banh mi because they were cooking another batch, which was fair enough. We decided to do a bit of shopping then come back 30 minutes later at 1:55pm. When we got back we had to wait another 10 minutes. The roast pork banh mi was ok, not the best nor the worst.... it was quite salty - my wife couldn't finish her roll because it was too salty. 40 minutes wait is a record. 3 big pieces of just pure fat in my roll.
