We have used your service several times before, and the customer service used to be quite good. Unfortunately, in the last few visits, the service has been terrible and the customer service very disappointing.

Today, we arrived at 2:40 PM, and since the place closes at 3:00 PM, we expected to be served. However, the staff refused to provide service, which is unacceptable. I believe that customer service is a fundamental part of any business.

The lady attending us today was rude and even laughed, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If the employees or the owner do not wish to provide proper service or respect the business hours, perhaps they are in the wrong line of work.

Respect and tolerance are essential in this kind of service, and there is no justification for such behaviour.

Thank you for your reply. However, it’s evident that the main point was missed. I would love to have access to the video, as I know the exact time — I was there.

The real issue is the poor customer service, and unfortunately, this is not the first time it has happened. To run a successful business, it’s essential to understand the importance of good customer service and to treat clients with respect. These are fundamental values for any business.

YOUR NEWEST GO TO SUSHI TAKE OUT!! this place is open until super late at night and offers the most delicious, high quality sushi.

This shop is located in a mixed kitchens style take out place in a warehouse where you order and just pick up your order but the owner is so sweet and so generous.

ALSO the soy sauce bottles are little droplets which is the smartest idea so I can just drop soy sauce onto my sushi!

As a former sushi chef, the rice is cooked perfectly, and the sushi is very well balanced.

My only advice is to start an instagram account or a TikTok to show people what you do and how yummy...

Wow amazing flavors come from this little shop. I have driven past a few times & thought I feel like that place would be really good because it doesn’t look like a regular restaurant. My feelings did not fail me and this place is sooo good. You have to try the Karaage Chicken Don it’s was so delicious I didn’t get a pic. The succulent chicken with spicy mayo, perfect rice & even the little salad was top shelf. All Don bowls come with tasty miso soup. The tiger prawn avocado sushi & veggie tempura nigiri not only look beautiful but tasted Devine. Might be my new go to Japanese lunch spot. Highly recommend that you check...
